Awful service!

Second time my installation appointment was canceled WITHOUT NOTICE. My items were purchased on 27 November 2021 and were supposed to be installed 7 January. Now I’m told I have to wait until 9 March because there is no one available in Atlanta to perform the installation. Somehow I find that hard to believe. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact I live on the Westside?

Bad for gaming, not worth the money

I bought these with an Arris S33 for 1GB internet through xfinity. The main one is hooked up to the S33 and then has a LAN cable going into the PS4z my ps4 is only getting 200mbs download and 56 MB’s upload, but worse is the packet loss. I cannot play online with it lagging terribly. So I spent 600 dollars for nothing. Don’t even get me started on the other eeros that are around the house.

There are other mes systems such as the Nighthawk system from Netgear is an all in one system that does not require a separate modem/router to work. For the cost of this one, it is simply not worth it to have to rely on an additional piece of equipment to work.

Couldn't figure it out.
