I have constant connection issues and when it does work the speed is much lower than what it should be capable of. I played around with the few settings available to you in the app but nothing helped. Contacted support, and besides the days in between replies, they didn’t have anything besides turn it on and off again.

Absolute garbage for a $600.00 mesh system. I'm on a gig internet plan and if im using wifi my xbox system x is lucky to get 200mbs. Forget about ipv6 working because it doesn't work properly. It will show ipv6 is on in the app but it will not show up on any computer or xbox series x. This system is junk!!! Stay away from this company.

I go back to the beginning of home wifi (and earlier systems that used the electrical wires in your house!) so I remember how complicated set up was. This thing was stunning easy. I gave it the same SSID and password as the router I was replacing and the whole thing took less than ten minutes. And it pulled all of my network information over. I'm getting better speeds in the parts of the house distant from the Netgear router I was replacing but not dramatically so. I noticed that if I lose power or disconnect, it reboots and is online again in about 30 seconds rather than the 3 or 4 minutes it took the old router. I only wish each unit had more than two ethernet ports. I have both a computer and VOIP phone next to the one I'm using as a gateway so had to adjust for that.

Not impressed with this wireless internet option. Would not buy again. It doesn’t seem to have constant connections.

Had the first erro that was released several years ago and was quire pleased. Purchased these to take advantage of the upgrades to the technology and security. Out of the box, none of the pucks would connect and make a network. Attached each of the 3 to the modem and all failed out of the box. Gave them back to BB no questions asked and received a full credit.

Work very well to expand your home wifi. Good for a big home.

Returned did not meet my expectation. Over priced. WIFI range limited.

we couldn't use it because we couldn't hook it up with your tech here- no apt. Meantime contacted our internet supplier and after a conversation and an overnight - our system is working just fine. Guess I'll contact them first then next time we have a problem.

if you are an advanced user and need to customize any of the settings such as static IP or port forwarding, stay far away. Every time you go away from basic settings it has to reboot the system for which it will freeze for hours rendering system as a paperweight. The only way I found to fix this was to delete system and resetup as new....

Not sure if it made my wifi signal any stronger. Probably should not have purchased it.

It does work but the speed is kind of slow in comapre with the wire connection.

Returned because of new software. All kinds of people lost service and I had just bought.

Not all devices are wifi 6 compatible yet. Doesn’t mesh that smoothly with older eero devices either.

The orbi I purchase had a problem with devices connecting to the nearby satellite,plus app kept crashing- on my iPhone - the faraway devices would connect to router and not the satellite sitting in same area ; causing weak signal;

Happy with purchased just wish I had waited. Newer version came out soon after.

Horrible system - unstable and poor service. Eero is locked down so you cannot see logs to troubleshoot. Must reconnect devices almost daily. Not ready to be sold in stores. Worst purchase ever and I am a network tech.

Terrible and highly unreliable product. Lags and drops connectivity multiple times daily. The worst part is that it worked fine up until after my return period ended. Don’t get this, you’ll regret it.

The biggest problem with this system is sometimes my devices stay connected to a modem in a different room instead of switching to the nearest modem. I have to turn WiFi off and then turn it back on for it to find the nearest device. It’s kind of a pain.
