I have an old 1950’s ranch built with plaster and lathe. I find that i loose connection a few times a day. I have moved nodes to try and aleavate some of the loss. I am happy with perfomance otherwise. A pretty good product.

So far, so good. The accessibility seems to be better.

Owned 15 months, replacing due to hardware issues. Right out of the box, DNS lookups would not work and would cause the internet to "hang" for long periods of time. Troubleshooting: First we thought it was Eero Secure, but no. After months with tech support, they determined that the router runs to hot and is "throttling" itself by slowing down or stopping DNS lookups. When I asked for a RMA they said I didn't request that until more than 12 months so I was on my own to buy a replacement router. Overall, I would buy this again IF it did not have hardware issues, but if you have slow load times out of the box I would demand a full refund immediately without running through the tech support hurdles first.

DO NOT BUY The product is perfect in terms of coverage. BUT big problem with iOS devices which keep disconnecting and then you have to rejoin and re enter the password all the time.... EERO has not figured out yet the issue and many people face the same exact issue

Items were returned by installer due to faulty UBS chord and sales Rep Mario never returned my texts or phone calls to fix issue and reevaluate house install.

The device did not want to upgrade firmware. Spend few hours on the phone with tech support just to learn that its a problem wit my isp. ISP said they can not do anything since I own the modem. I guess it does not work with Xfinity and Netgear modem.

I hated that it. What's less than 1star? It not only didn't improve on the system but it disrupted it so much everything needed rebooting.

Interfered with each other. Did not work as advertised

havent been impressed with the signal that we receive from adding the eero pros. we put 3 units in a 3200 sq ft house and still cant seem to have consistent signal Weve had to turn off the wifi at times to allow our phones to work. not at all what i expected

Be careful. Lots of people really love this. I was hopeful to add stability to my smart home with this router. There are products that do not fully cooperate with this. Causing constant issues and lack of functionality with the cameras we have.

Doesn’t improve my wifi, the signal was slower than ever, the customer service tried to help me a lot but nothing works

I came in to this one with high hopes. Fresh off of xfinity lease of their x1 equipment and pods so-so performance. It just didnt work out. i found the install confusing and the hub feature extra confusing. I still had a dead spot on my deck and did'nt see much improvement at all. eero was returned. I live in a small townhome...it should'nt be so hard ..and I'm back on the x-1 mediocre at best. I'll try again when something comes along that looks better

Stright to the point. This trash from amazon doesn't let you select your bands as it does it automatically for you. Problem is it results in inconsistent connections and poor speeds. Do not waste your money on this.

I came in to purchase gaming cards with Best Buy gift cards and was told that they can’t be used for this. No where on the card or in the or the digital instructions does it list such a policy.

Is the mesh works just fine your Geek Squad unit is the worst I have ever encountered for scheduling and telling the truth, Over 2 months and still no resolution to the original problem.

Best Buy Canceled my order with out cause. I have no Idea if this item works.

Owned by Amazon. Returned it as soon as i found out. Never even opened it.

I am not truly wowed by this device. I have semi trucks that come in back of my home daily and interfere with my signals when on conference call signals.
