I set everything up in ~15 minutes and had not only stellar coverage on all of our living areas (bi-level w/basement) but also had full service all the way to the curb on the frontside, as well as no drop in bars for ~20feet into our back yard. Roughly 11,000 sq ft plot and our wifi now blankets ~65% of that with at least 2 bars whereas prior to installing the eero we would have 1 bar for the majority of the outdoor areas, if any coverage at all. Now, once I start getting out into those 3, 2, and 1 bar areas the speeds do slow down, but that's expected. At least there is coverage as that's all that matters, it's not like I'm gaming or streaming a 4k film ~50 feet into my backyard. So as far as intended use, streaming a 4k movie/tv show, there are no problems at all in any area of the home. Other reviews have pointed out the specs, as well as going much more in-depth to their installing and interaction with the app, so I won't bother repeating all that information. I will quickly wrap this up by saying this a great product for making sure you not only have coverage, but also quality coverage to ensure getting things done with little to no interruptions.

Let me begin by saying that I've had an eero Pro system since 2018 and it's been awesome. I was so excited when they announced the new Pro 6 because I heard WiFi 6 would be faster for my Gigabit internet (1Gbps up and down). Set-Up: Using the eero app, I was able to easily swap out my eero Pros with the Pro 6s. There was an initial software update that did fail, but did eventually install the 2nd time around. Usage: My original Pro network was not bad at all. On my iPhone 12, I was getting speeds around 200-300 Mbps down and up over WiFi (with ethernet backhaul to all eeros). Switching to the Pro system, I'm getting around 350-400 Mbps. Not the greatest boost in speed, but it's something. On my MacBook Pro 2017, I did actually notice a nice gain from 300 down and up to 500 down and sometimes 600 up. So far I'm pleased with the speeds and signal. Cons: This product was just released, so there are some weird issues that I've run into. For instance, twice in the last few weeks, my phone has alerted me that my network is no longer connected to the internet. The only way to fix it was to unplug the gateway eero for 10 seconds. With my smart home and security cameras, my fear is that if I'm away from home I won't be able to connect to my network and check on it if this is a constant issue. On a positive note, over the last two years of owning eero, I've had first hand experience with their software updates, and they always seem to always make things run better and smooth. Lack of HomeKit support at launch also kind of sucks. Overall: eero and their mesh network is awesome. I've tried mesh networks from the big G company and that did not work out. For the price, you are getting a great system with awesome support for many years. I'm very happy with my system and would recommend it.

Expands my Wi-Fi to dead areas in my home to allow me to use my phone anywhere on my property, get better reception for monitoring solar system and rainbird sprinkler system.

Like a lot of people, my house has multiple devices connected to the Internet. We use our data for streaming TV, privacy camera, smart speakers, bulbs, appliances, our home security system, and of course our computers. Despite paying for the fastest service our provider offered, we still saw lags at times. The eero Pro 6 sped up our data speeds by a noticeable amount. It also put a stop to my security camera and smart bulbs dropping connection. I placed the main hub in the living room and the satellite units on wither side of the house. The entire house is covered and our yard is covered as well. Set-up was identical to my last mesh system. There's nothing excessively complicated and the units are attractive enough to sit on your desk or media center if you aren't able to hide them. Even with all of our connected devices, I'm sure we haven't pushed this router to its limit.

Changed my house hold from a slower Linksys Wi-Fi boost to the eero Pro and it is a world of difference. With four kids there is a lot of bandwidth being used and there are no issues now.

Fantastic. Replaced a slightly dated system and noticeable speed and smoothness improvement. Also….purchased on site from Geek Squad who came out to evaluate my WiFi given previous issues I was having . Fixed “instantly”. All around great experience!

We lost are Internet didn’t know why talk to our cable company didn’t get any help so we contacted Total Tech at Best Buy geek squad, and they know what to do came out in no time found the problem we bought a new system eero.They solved our Internet problems,Tom solved our Internet problems. Tom was very professional. Helped us decide what would help us the most didn’t pressure us in anyway. Very very nice person. Thank you Best Buy you have the best employees.You always have the answers to are problems Didn’t realize slow, our old system was so fast now

Our internet is do much more reliable with this Eero router. We no longer get notices that our documents are not being backed up. We are very happy.

This is an awesome wifi mesh system! Really helps extending your wifi and the app helps organize it pretty well!

What a difference. Finally everything in the house works quickly including smart plugs outside and no mor tv loosing wifi, etc. This is the only way to go
