Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the Pro 6 AX4200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 Router's ease of use, impressive Wi-Fi coverage, and strong performance. Many appreciate the straightforward setup and extended range, resulting in a significantly improved home Wi-Fi experience. However, some users find the price to be high and note that the device can get warm during operation. A few also mention a limited number of Ethernet ports as a drawback.

I bought several eero Pro 6 units for my nearly 4,000 sq ft home, and the difference is incredible. I used to have constant dead zones, but now I have strong, reliable Wi-Fi in every single corner, especially outside! Setup was super easy, and everything runs fast and smooth. Highly recommend for larger homes.

Very easy to set up. If it all possible recommend cat six wiring between units because, much much faster. I am very happy with being able to group children’s devices and limit Internet time. Also very easy to use protection features for the network.

Has good wifi anywhere in the house including in the yard. Might not have bought it (little expensive) due to not being really tech savvy but my son bought it and was very satisfied. He helped me install it and now I am glad I have it.

    Great Wif-Fi mesh system

My old Google mesh wasn't delivering under the weight of 4 simultaneous Zoom calls. Installed Eero in about 5 minutes, so easy, and immediately getting 50-100 MB/sec. Now the whole family can Zoom at once, no arguments. A bit pricey but worth it.

This system is replacing another mesh system. I’ve had the system a month and so far so good. I get good range on it and I always have several devices connected to it. I check the speeds and they are consistently between 600-700.

Eero Pro 6 has dramatically increased the signal and performance of my WiFi. My only minor issue is that the mesh satellites have to be in the open and not concealed in a cabinet for optimum performance. That is not the case with the base unit.

I bought this for my boyfriend and specifically wanted something that would be very easy for a non tech person. He had no problem setting it up, the hardest part was remembering his Amazon password to login to the app. It also performs very well and does a much better job at providing coverage to the entire house vs the cable company router he was renting. Wifi speeds are great everywhere and there are no more dropouts!!

Incredible! Super fast speeds and no dead zones through the entire house and yard. The design is also nice and modern so it blends right in. The only con is that there’s only 2 Ethernet ports. That was easily fixed by purchasing a switch.

I previously installed the TP Link Deco devices and they signal was very week across most of my three level home. The Geek Squad representative recommended I change to the EERO. The three pack was good for most of my home but I needed to purchase a 4th one to handle access to the basement as well. After a day or two the system synched well with the new Verizon fios router I purchased. Needed to the new router because older routers (3-5 years old) do not work well with mesh networks.

Eero Pro 6 is a sleek, reliable Wi-Fi router. It looks good anywhere it is placed. I like that you can choose to turn off the light indicator if it bothers you. It will only come on if there is a disruption of your internet service. I also love the app that lets you fully customize your devices with individual profiles. It will let you know if a new device was added, which you can block if unknown to you. There are also additional features including parental controls and ad blocking for each profile. Overall worth it.

We added two additional Eero - Pro 6 units (one 2-pack) to supplement the less than optimal Wi-Fi coverage we had been receiving from four Pro 6 units we installed last year. Our house is approximately 3,100 sq feet, separated in the middle by several walls and a large brick fireplace and hearth, and shaped like a large "L." Coverage on the far side of the brick fireplace was spotty, so we used the two additional units to fill in coverage gaps. Now, the Wi-Fi signal and related download/upload speeds are consistent throughout the entire house.

    Buy This Over ASUS (XT8)

I originally bought the ASUS ZenWiFi AX (XT8) after reading the stellar reviews it received from several credible sources. I returned it 3 days later because the node consistently lost its connection to the router, device switching was terrible and speeds were mediocre. The eero pro 6 is everything I was looking for in a Wi-Fi 6 mesh system without any of the instability headaches that made me return the ASUS. Speeds are great everywhere in my house (measurably better than the ASUS, despite every review claiming that the ASUS outshines the eero Pro 6), all nodes stay online all the time and devices switch between nodes efficiently and seamlessly. The price is steep, but you get what you pay for and the value of this system at $600 far surpasses the value of the ASUS XT8 at $450.
