Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the Pro 6 AX4200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 Router's ease of use, impressive Wi-Fi coverage, and strong performance. Many appreciate the straightforward setup and extended range, resulting in a significantly improved home Wi-Fi experience. However, some users find the price to be high and note that the device can get warm during operation. A few also mention a limited number of Ethernet ports as a drawback.

Pros: -- Excellent customer support! If you have any problem, they will stand by their product and walk you through the solution. -- Set up was really easy and fastest among all these routers. -- Nice app with intuitive design. Easy to use. -- Elaborated parental controls, security, add blocker, etc. -- Might subscribe for Eero Secure+ Which comes with several other apps like 1Password, Encrypt.me for which I currently pay separately. -- Fast speeds and reliable connectivity so far. -- Future-proofed With 6E and realized that my wife's Google Pixel 6 Pro is connected to the 6 GHz band and has speeds touching 1 Gbps. Cons: -- Have to pay for security and parental controls where some of the routers like ASUS come built-in. -- I had to restart some of my devices like Apple TV, and a couple of Windows PCs after switching to this router. They were using a 2.4 GHz band even though they support 5 GHz. But after the restart, they have been working just fine.

so far has been a great purchase. Very easy set up, had the entire system up and going in about 20 minutes. Has eliminated all of the wifi cold spots in the house. Haven't had to reset anything and I've been using it about a month. With the old router, had to reset it about every other day to try and maximize wifi signal. Highly recommend!

System works great to expand the Wi-Fi in my home with several TV’s computers, tablets and other devices online at once and allows for easy transfer from one spot in the house to another.

The actual product works great. Setup was challenging with some tthings that required 2.5 wi-fi. We also ended up needing to buyy a 4th unit to get the full coverage we needed. Once setup, it works incredibly fast!

Great mesh system. Briefly upgraded these, but returned them because in my particular case, I do not have the fastest internet speeds available to justify these (downgraded to the eero pro gen2). Solid system with consistent updates and would definitely recommend to someone who wanted a strong connection with 400mbs or more available to them

This item is no question expensive. With my internet provider, we get 500/500. Needless to say I wasn’t getting that in our house. It is approximately 3000 square feet. I was tired of poor coverage. This item does exactly what it is supposed to do. I repeatedly get over 450Mbps down and 350 Mbps up. It does require a bit of finesse to set up but Eero tech support is fantastic! It’s not difficult, just has to be tailored to your individual needs. In my opinion, well worth the money.

The units are very fast, and if you are within the 50 foot line of sight, you’ll be getting the rated multigigabit speeds “wired” but wireless through a node. I’ve been using 3 original Eero WiFi 5 units for the past few years and have had no complaints.

Totally good for us, but ...

Bought the 3-pack and also added another 1. Very good and pretty much as advertised. Super easy setup. We got these to deal with some dead spots and because it allowed us to have rooms where we needed to plug in PCs that didn't have wifi (or wifi wasn't a good option) and the 2 available Ethernet slots per unit were the perfect solution. Got rid of the 50 foot ugly cables we had running around the baseboards of the house. The only 3 negatives which lost it the 5-star rating are that the security features are causing some devices to lose wifi here and there (only for a few seconds), the same security (which has nice features) is only free for 30 days (annoying, and not worth continuing), and the speed. The last one may be a big thing for some, so I'll explain. We have 1GB service. Our hardline devices generally get about 750-800 on speedtest.net. Our wifi devices were getting about 500. Now with the Eero (which replaced the "upgraded" spectrum hardware), we are at slightly less than those numbers. So for us, killing the dead zones and adding 8 ethernet ports around the house were worth losing a few percent on the speed. But again, starting with 1GB service allows you not to worry about losing some in translation. For those who may be at 200, 100 or lower, it could be an issue. Bottom line: I totally recommend this for effectively expanding wifi in larger areas, and for giving yourself those sometimes valuable Ethernet ports without running cables. If you're getting this to speed up your wifi, I would be cautious.

I should start by saying that I am not very technically inclined when it comes to internet. The rep at Best Buy was fantastic with helping me choose the right system for my home and needs. I was nervous about setup, and wow was I overthinking for nothing. Install and setup are simple with the help of the Eero app. I have had this mesh system for a few weeks now, and i have nothing but good things to say. Streaming is quick and flawless. Gaming has been wonderful, and download speeds are significantly higher. I have the Spectrum 500mbps plan and i am averaging download speeds around 540mbps. I can now also connect to my wifi while I am outside (aluminum siding). Highly recommend this purchase!!!

Fast a seamless across our house. One on main floor, one in basement, one upstairs and can move around without losing connection. Takes 1GB fiber internet and blasts it across the house.

Super easy to set up. Great and stable signal strength. Way better than the Google Nest that I had for a few days though the comparison isn’t fair since the Eero has Wi-Fi 6. My Spectrum plan is 400mb and I get 470+mb for unknown reason. Overall, great buy.

This mesh system works amazing! I've got a 4000 sqft area to cover and between the basement and all the rooms on the top floor, I've always got full seamless wifi signal. I'm currently paying for 1gb ATT Fiber and have done multiple tests on each floor and room and have seen very consistent upload and download speeds with very little to no speed discrepancies from room to room. This is all things that I had expected when purchasing this product. The only thing that I did not expect was the annoyance of having to research why it wasn't as easy as anticipated to install. Apparently, when you have ATT Fiber modem/gateway and you want to install a mesh system, you'll need to login to the gateway IP, change a few setting to "passthrough" to allow the mesh system to speak to each other. This information I had to find on my own through reddit and other message boards, which is fine and not a big deal. Would have been more convenient had Eero just mention this off the bat though.

The Eero was suggested by a friend. It hooked up fast and my computer is much faster on the internet now. I'm having trouble with Sengled lightbulbs attaching to the network. The Eero support helped me with that, but I have issues again and will need to call support as I can't get the lightbulbs to work again through the Alexa app.

These Wi-Fi hugs are great for a whole house application. They are a little tricky when it co e to adding all your you Bluetooth or Alex items. Which is why it only received a 4 star review. If you have a lot of Alexa Bluetooth devices start over from the beginning so that you know which is which. It will hold about 70 or so without a problem. Just take your time.
