Many appreciate the straightforward setup and extended range, resulting in a significantly improved home Wi-Fi experience. Upgraded from Google Mesh WiFi and only wish I did it sooner. If you can get past the price and need the fastest and longest range Wifi then the Eeero Pro 6 is worth its cost. I constantly had issues with my Google Wifi reaching my garage and often the speeds would slow even inside forcing me to reset the WiFi network every few days. All these problems went away with Eero. Now I'm pulling a solid 500/500 inside and 300/300 in the garage.

Very good performance. Needing their app not ideal

Overall set up was very easy, but one hitch is that you need to use their app. A web browser based configuration interface is not an option. When I was configuring the Eero router, I only had the Spectrum modem with no WiFi (since I was counting on the Eero for WiFi). With no WiFi, the app depends on your phone's cellar data connection to complete the configuration, which in my case was very spotty. I had to move around to get a decent cell signal long enough to get the configuration to work. Finally got it, but it would have been way easier if I could have plugged my laptop into the modem (which has a couple of network ports), and configured from there, using a browser. If Eero had an app for Windows and Mac, that would've been OK too. But no... Anyway, once the configuration was successful, I found the performance and coverage throughout the 1,500 sq. ft. apartment to be very good. The reason I got a mesh router was because there are a lot of walls breaking up the space, and I wanted to make sure an outdoor patio could be covered. I also wanted to be able to add a node if necessary for better coverage. Well, no real need to add a node now (but I may need to in the future if I want some physical network ports in another room, so good to have this option).

Extremely easy to set up. I was under the impression that this newer unit would have Apple Homekit compatibility like the other Eero products however it's not available yet. I look forward to the update. Wifi 6 is noticeably faster on my products that have it. I purchased 2 units for a 2,000 sq home. I have at least 60 IOT devices that are connected and no problems. I replaced a Samsung mesh router that started choking... big improvement.

I recently upgraded my home to ATT fiber 1GB service. I had read good things about the eero system and decided to upgrade from my old Orbi wifi5 system. The eero does have some things going for it. Namely the simple setup, price, and amazing app. Very user-friendly. Things most competition cannot match. That’s about where the good things end… These things are under-powered, have poor range, don’t switch devices well, and they get quite warm. After two weeks of dealing with nightly drops of speeds and connections I gave up and went back to the Orbi RBK853 (ax6000). Even after two separate 1-hour troubleshooting sessions with eero support. I troubleshooted this setup to death! I desperately wanted this to work for its simplicity, but I just cannot recommend this to anyone wanting great range, max speeds, and have a large (wireless) home. Spend the extra money and go with the Orbi ax6000 unit. It’s not as user-friendly but you get what you pay for performance-wise.

We had issues in our home with low internet coverage. We were recommended this system and now our entire home now is covered. I also like assigning devices to profiles so I can see who is online and stop access when I need to get everyone down for dinner!!
