Customers are delighted by the Pro 6 AX4200 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 Router's ease of use, impressive Wi-Fi coverage, and strong performance. Many appreciate the straightforward setup and extended range, resulting in a significantly improved home Wi-Fi experience. However, some users find the price to be high and note that the device can get warm during operation. A few also mention a limited number of Ethernet ports as a drawback.

We had been using an extender for wifi coverage at our house. Although it worked, it often dropped as we walked with our phones or laptops between rooms. With the new Eero mesh system, we cover our entire house with one network, so we no longer drop wifi. The signal also seems much stronger throughout the entire house.

Spectacular wireless routers. I upgraded my Google mesh that has been reliable since 2016 but it was time to upgrade. I was not getting the gig download speed that I was paying for from my internet provider. The eero system is so easy to use and couldn’t be happier. One thing to note, an old wireless printer and the first mini iPad weren’t able to connect to it even after forcing 2.4gHz and using legacy mode. But they’re old anyway and needed to be upgraded.

These are amazing. We had an issue connecting a less powerful eero system to Ring cameras. Not only did these connect immediately buy speed at which they perform is incredible. With all the smart devices in homes today, these are a must have!!! Be sure to have Total Tech install. They know the most strategic places to place.

I had a coverage issue with my ATT system and it’s range extenders. I purchased the EERO to obtain better internet coverage with the amount of devices utilized in the home for streaming. I cannot express how great the product really is when it comes to coverage and maintaining the fast speed for all the steaming devices. No more buffering during those important football games.

I bought this to replace a high end router and couldn't be happier. My 3500 sq. ft. house has 2 bedrooms upstairs. With old router I had a decent coverage on main floor but fell off upstairs and in garage. After super easy set up of the eero mesh system, I'm getting full, even coverage throughout the whole house, garage and on outdoor patios. I'm no longer getting buffering when streaming in the garage or outside.

Love the low profile compared to previous setup. Actually have four units—router and three repeaters for home because of stone wall separating original home and addition. Automatic switching from one to the next as I roam the house is flawless. Strong signal throughout now. Replaced router and extender using same router name and password so the change is transparent to anyone already connected before. Setup was very easy.

Works great, super easy to set up. Have a wired backhaul that probably helps but it's been rock solid. Amazing range. I can be halfway down the block and have a usable connection.

This system performs decent, but they all run very hot. Even though it performs well, it's definitely not worth the steep price. There are several others out there that perform just as well, have a smaller footprint and are 1/3 less expensive. Another negative is the fact that this Eero is now owned by Amazon. I didn't realize that until after I bought it. Also the trade in program linked to Amazon is a joke.

I ditched the garbage linksys mesh network for this and am very happy that I did. Eero stays connected and maintains reasonably high speeds without a wired backhaul. The old system had to be completely reset and re-established every month or less and the speed would still rapidly dwindle until it was un-useable, eero does not have this issue. Eero 6 is a slower system than advertised but with better stability and more channels, it has ultimately better throughput. The set up was very fast and three nodes are covering around 5000 square feet. I may wire in a backhaul channel to get my speed up for fun, but don’t beed it so far.

The Eero Pro 6 is a solid upgraded wifi system. I have had the original Eero system from years ago and this is faster and gives a bit more coverage in my home. I would NOT recommend upgrading from this for an additional $100 to the 6E system - not worth it until more devices can connect and provide faster speeds. For now, this is the best unit to go with, if you are looking for a mesh system.

I had some worries after reading reviews of problems that folks had with the Eero Pro 6, but they turned out to be totally unfounded. My set up is; ATT Uverse gateway 1 Gbps fiber in pass through mode wired with CAT 6 to the primary Eero Pro 6 in an upstairs office with a unmanaged switch connecting the Eero to my desktop and a NAS. The two other Eeros are placed on the first floor in the front and back of the house and connected wirelessly. Pros: . Incredibly easy set up. I was up in running in 15 minutes. Using common sense for placement I put the units as close as possible to line of sight about 50 feet apart. . Improved internet speed even with a wired connection. I went from around 950 Mbps down on a Netgear R7900P to 980 Mbps down with the Eero Pro 6. . I no longer have to reconnect with my iPhone and iPad when I move from room to room. . I not longer see a spinning wheel when watching Netflix on my Fire TV HD stick. . My video conference calls no longer drop and no longer look pixelated, even with multiple calls at the same time. . Updates have been painless and automatic and occur in the night when no one is using the network. . IOT devices automatically connected to 2.4 GHz network and have worked flawlessly. This includes, door bell and other cameras and a Rainbird sprinkler. . Band steering has put my all my 5 GHz capable devices on the 5 GHz network and all my 2.4 GHZ devices on the 2.4 network . You can individually name each device. . The Eeros learn usage patterns over time and make network adjustments. Cons: . A bit expensive, but I waited for the Black Friday sale. . You can't manually adjust and manage many of the settings that you do with a single high end router, but it doesn't look like I need to do that anymore.
