Overall I am happy with the product. I knew what I was getting but there are definitely some negatives. -No web interface it only has a basic app interface that is user-friendly but can hardly do anything with. -Has a number of features that are only included in a free trial so do your research to know if those are things you need to know your true cost. -The wireless backhaul (if you do not wire them all directly in) slows the system down considerably. If you aren't planning on wiring everything I would choose a different option. The positives - Speed - I have a 3,000 square foot house that is two levels. I have each on one end hard wired in. I have 600mb fiber internet. I get 550mb-590mb on a speed test on any device pretty much anywhere in the house. I bought it because I wanted something fast and it keeps up with no issues. User Friendly - If you aren't tech-savvy the device is not overly complicated the user interface is user friendly and easy to navigate (not why I wanted it but some people might appreciate it). Overall I was looking for something that was fast at the lowest cost and to me this product delivers that.

Can't really give an opinion yet as we don't have access to Internet. Obviously we didn't realize this problem before purchasing. I'm sure they will work great though. My one star is at no fault of the eero

My system works great, even though I have brick wall it still gets the signal out!

Much better product than the Orbi. This product allows 4 people to work from home and to do online class work without interuption

Dont trust the fake reviews! This is OVER PRICED JUNK! It setups easy. I will give it that. Its wireless speed is very good if close to it. Like 15ft close. HOWEVER, both wired and wireless speed YO-YO up and down, up and down. Same thing for signal strength. ITs full bar, then 1 bar. Full bar, then one bar. I have 20-30 devices. I set them all up on this new wifi and every single amazon dot was offline by monrning. For the 600+ bucks you pay, these are a JOKE! You'd be way better off buy 3 150 dollar wifi routers and just putting 2 of them in bridge/AP mode. PS: Check out other sites that sell this. Look at online reviews. They all say this is JUNK! Yet BB reviews say they are great? I will never trust BB reviews again.

Amazing router. The best out there! I still think is a bit overpriced but you definitely get what they advertised.

Setup was a breeze! App UI is not that difficult to maneuver through! Speeds since setup have been fast and consistent as well.

So far an excellent purchase and upgrade from our Netgear Nighthawk. We have a multi level house that’s 3,600 sqft and we needed a mesh system that would place the units where we needed them to get the most coverage. We also have multi cameras around the house that used to drop service randomly but that doesn’t happen anymore. That being said, the one thing that I have noticed is that the Wi-Fi doesn’t seem to cover as far outside as much as it used to. I’m unsure of how to rectify the issue (or if I really even need to). The app is very user friendly and the setup is very well thought out.

The Eero Pro 6 Mesh system has made my children’s school classes and my work from home moves seamless during this pandemic. There has been no issues with any of our many devices connecting. The best thing is the ability to set up individual accounts for each of my kids and can easily pause or turn off their internet with a slide of a button. It allows me to set routines for them as well. If has allowed me to take back control of my children’s internet usage and that’s perfect.

Works well for our needs! We live in the middle of nowhere and the boost is nice!

These are very easy to set up and the connection is fast. I don’t have an open concept home so the signal wasn’t very strong for the full 2,000 sq. feet like it suggests.
