However, no one told me there was a catch to this product- after the 30 day trial you have to purchase the services for security. The old routers you just set up WPA or whatever.

Wifi all around!

It was recommended in a bestbuy at home consultation. The consultant examined our coverage in every room of our house and suggested that we get EERO pro (not the regular one) to ensure that we have uninteruppted wi-fi signal. He was right. This piece of equipment made all the difference.

No Better than Standard Wi-Fi router.

Does not transmit at high speeds like it says it will. And for the cost of these units, I expected better. I have gigabit internet and Wi-Fi signal only downloads at 75 to 110 mbps. Upload speed really good at 41mbps. But that is not what I purchased this Wi-Fi mesh system for. Tried relocating units to various places to better signal quality with no difference. Would return to Best Buy and get my money back, but return window closed.
