Disappointing performance after eero install

In general my home coverage improved. However, one device (my primary business MacBook Pro with it's LG Ultrafine 5K Display immediately abruptly blacks out while working. This has never malfunctioned before. I can not explain this behavior. I tried to reach the Geek Squad, but there have been long waits. I signed up for Total Tech Support when I had the device installed. I have yet successfully contacted the Geek Squad. I am disappointed.

Mesh wifi for the win.

Using Fios Gigabit with the new router provided by Verizon. The original range, pre Eero, was not good. Now with Eero we have excellent coverage across all 3 floors and although it's new we have experienced no issues at all. The speeds we are getting with Eero vs without is over 3x in the further areas of the house.

Works out of the box in minutes

Wi-Fi Problem Solved

Before the installation we were having major Wi-Fi coverage problems due to several issues. The Total Tech support group assisted me through the selection and purchase of the Eeros system and we've had zero problems with Wi-Fi throughout our home since having it installed a month ago.

Everything working like a charm...no problems with dead spaces in our home. Thanks so much Ryan and Ishmael for going the extra mile to make sure system was working properly before leaving.
