Customers are saying

Customers admire the Pro 6E Tri-band Mesh Wi-Fi 6E System (2-pack) for its ease of use and impressive speed, with many noting its strong Wi-Fi coverage and overall performance. The setup process is generally considered straightforward, and the range and signal strength are also appreciated. While some find the system to be a bit expensive and having slightly less features, very few experience lag when streaming or gaming.

Replaced a Netgear Nighthawk X6 Triband router damaged by lightning. Very easy set up. Excellent coverage! No dead spots in two-story 4,500 sf house. I highly recommend it!

This three pack replaced five older Eero units and provides better coverage within my house and greater range outside. I have a walkout basement that my older Eero units didn’t give me a strong signal strength at times and the new Eero Pro solved the issue. Definitely glad I upgraded.

Super easy to install, works great throughout my 3200-square-foot house. We added a fourth eero in order to get WiFi in a second-floor room that was a dead spot and now gets a strong signal. Very happy with this system.

Lo I highly recommend it, it is very easy to connect and the signal is very solid. I have more than 15 devices between cameras and others and the signal is not lowered.

We bought a linksys system recommended at the store. Luckily we had the Geek Squad install and they said it was the wrong system for us. They came back with this and we are pleased. We now have wifi in areas of our large house that we didn't before. They got everything set up, set it with our old router name and PW, happy. Still having some issues with streaming, might be more a Spectrum issue.

    Disappointed

I purchased this product in hopes of increasing my wifi speeds in my home and it did not. It is a good product that produces fast wifi speeds but not any better than my xfinity gateway and netgear extender. In the same room as my gateway, speeds range from 800-850mbps from my xfinity gateway. The eero produced speeds of 750-800mbps so not better and just a bit slower. Downstairs from my gateway and next to the mesh eero unit, i would get very similar test speeds from 350-450mbps and received no improvement even though the eero 2nd and 3rd satellite units were just 2-3 feet away from me. The Eero app is far advanced vs the nighthawk app. It is extremely easy to setup and use. Being able to edit and name each device connected to the unit was very nice. The one extreme negative I thought is that no one at Eero support (I talked to 3 different people) could tell me exactly what speed each frequency runs at. So the unit is sold & marketed as AX5400 but what is the speed of each frequency? Like netgear/linksys/asus tell you that 2.4ghz runs up to 600mbps or 1.2gbps and 5ghz runs up to 2.4gbps or 3.6gpbs, whatever the rating may be, well eero only states that you receive 1.3gbps at wireless speeds and no one at support can tell you any better. Well how do you know you are getting the 5400? I find that strange that no one knows how fast each frequency is running. Overall, good product that produces good speeds but just did not improve my speeds as I had hoped so decided to just not spend the extra money and stay with the xfinity gateway.

    Gigabit speed in wifi

I am updating from 6 pro. It took 20 minutes to update all three units. Covering 5000 sq ft three floors. On my iphone 15 promax and M4 mbp speeds close to 900 on 40 to 50 feet away speeds in 300 range. I am using two units wire and one wirless whcih gives 500 MBps connection on second floor. This unit has 2.5 Gbps connection also whoah can be handy with in home network, it is expensive bit if ine carch in sale it is worthwhile. 60 plus devices cinnected no issues. Only downside o apple homekit compatibility

I couldn't be happier with this eero mesh system. This replaced my old Linksys mesh and it doubled my wifi speed. And I only needed 3 nods to cover my entire house, where previously I needed 4. Setup was a breeze and I kept my SSID the same so there was zero interruption.

Works great. I'm very happy with this product. I bought 3 and placed them strategically around the house and have excellent coverage. My old router and booster needed to be restarted once every 5 days. I haven't had to restart this mesh wifi once. I'v had this running for 3 weeks. Very easy to set up and get running. The app on my iPhone is very intuitive.

I’m familiar with extenders, have used them in the various places we’ve lived. Recently, after redecorating we needed new units, the old ones were 8 years old & not up to speed. A friend recommended these and I’m glad I took his advice! Our wifi signal is strong everywhere in the the house—with just 2 units!

Great Product & Performance which fixed my ability to download and listen to streaming programs. The Tech (Woodell) that setup this router up was superb and knew all facits about the router. But Best Buy reduced the price by 50% shortly after I purchased it and this was a very expensive router. I was disappointed to say the least.

After using several Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi systems for my two-story home which has devices all over the house and outside, I'd say this is the best. I would highly recommend it. It is the easiest to set up and its technical support is readily available.

I could not get Wi-fi reception from my tv area in the living into a nearby building (used to be garage) where my computer is. A Best Buy Geek recommended and installed the Tri-Band Mesh. No problems since.
