This is a great product and Best Buy is the way to purchase this product and have the team to install it. They are truly the best.

I added a fourth node to have coverage in all areas of the house. Adding the node was straightforward and seamless. My only caution to other users is enabling beta features-- some may cause unexplained connection or performance issues.

Powerful, but... when "installing" with a new router/modem, the BB tech needed to contact a router tech to get the system working. Unless you are a "techie" yourself, don't try to install them yourself, but be sure to have installation by a BB GeekSquaad TotalTech specialist.

The eero mesh seems to be working better than the Linksys mesh system ever did. It slowed down a bit when we had company and did have them use the guest portal, but is running at maximum speeds now.

Love Eero and love dealing with Best Buy. They answer the questions and get you what you need for your system.

With help from Geek Squad leader, Tav, he helped select this equipment for us and installed it. All wi-fi issues resolved thanks to Tav and eero! Coverage and speed noticeably improved.

I have a huge house and Xfinity was a joke. This product solved my WIFI signal problem. I’m glad Trey (Geek) suggested it.

Our wifi was painfully slow and inconsistent until we installed these Eero's around the house. Nobody is complaining about slow wifi anymore.

Our wifi was fine, but not great given our need. We purchased this 3 pack Eero Pro set........... and now there is not a spot in the house which does not have good wifi

Easy setup. Works great. A big difference in reliability and speed.

Eero has given us the WiFi coverage including patio and garage needed for our large home.

I went through two different brands until I landed on this system. There is sonething magical about this system - it just works. Knock on wood, but the system I installed at my house has literally NOT been off-line for 8 solid months - not one time. Its actually crazy - I can’t understand it! Highly recommend these as the Toyota/Honda/Subaru of network reliability and quality.

So far so good. No interruption in service to date. Units are not as "warm to touch" as the Eero units.
