Customers are saying

Customers admire the Pro 6E Tri-band Mesh Wi-Fi 6E System (2-pack) for its ease of use and impressive speed, with many noting its strong Wi-Fi coverage and overall performance. The setup process is generally considered straightforward, and the range and signal strength are also appreciated. While some find the system to be a bit expensive and having slightly less features, very few experience lag when streaming or gaming.

The speakers sound great, when I can get them to work. Every time I try to use them, it's like I'm starting all over. Could take me an hour or more to get them set up and playing. Especially hard to get all three to play together.

    A truly non pro device

This device is meant for those with wireless backhail. If you have wored you are lkmited to only 1 gig soeeds asode from what the gateway or first unit can recoeve. The chip on here is a dual core and the older pro is a quad core. You CANNOT pish 2.5g speeds through this unit to other eeros. Only gig. And they charge an additional $100 for a gimped device. Setup also had red flashing lights for hours until the system leveled out. Do yourself a favor and get the cheaper 6 pro or a dofferent bramd. Eero has even acknowleged they couldnt soirce faster chips so they turned to hardware on the ports to try and get it up to equivlency of where the older model was. This unit is really linited by only one 2.5g port and a piece of junk at that. Plus amazpn spying on your history. Avoid.

    Not Great

We added these Eeros Wi-Fi enhancers when our tv was set up by Best Buy in December. They have given us an issue ever since. I could not even get on the Wi-Fi with my work computer. It kept telling me it could not find the internet. Our phones inside still only had 2 Wi-Fi bars with them hooked up. Everything was supposed to be so much faster with these. As soon as we unplugged all of them all our issues went away. We will be calling support to help fix the issues or they can come get them and credit me back.

Works awesome as long as you are close enough to physically see it. But dont turn your back to it or you’ll lose signal. And don’t get more than about 15 feet away or you’ll lose signal. This is the absolute worst router I’ve ever used.

My tv in one room was losing wi fi. I was sold a ‘mesh’ for $700. Then it was hard wired. It still didn’t work. Then I was told that I needed a tv repair or a new tv as your sets only last 2 to 4 years. Mine was bought from you in 2018. My tv still doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work with Smart Home / Sonos

Spent hours trying to get a Ring doorbell, Sonos system and outdoor smart lights to connect. Returned the system for a Google Nest and got everything working in less than 20 minutes. Spoke to a few friends who had an Eero and they said they also couldn’t get their doorbell camera to connect. If you’ve got a lot of smart home tech, I would avoid this system. Otherwise, it may work great for just your streaming / working devices.

No one should be paying this for a router.

Works well, but there is literally NO JUSTIFICATION for paying this much for a router. The price is beyond ridiculous. It’s insulting.

This is the worst router I’ve ever had. I have many years installing routers. I’ve installed routers from all major brands. I have at least 15 years experience from doing my own routers and this give terrible results
