Posted .Hi EllenP. Thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience with the eero Pro 6E. I understand how frustrating signal issues can be. I recommend you run a network health check through the eero application to help you quickly pinpoint any problems. To run the health check in the eero app, tap on the settings tab, select Troubleshooting, select My internet connection drops, then select run health check. The eero app will run a health check on your network to identify what’s going on. Once you follow the prompts, you will be presented with the results and suggested next steps. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Easy to use, but could use more customization

If you are connecting each of these via LAN they will need to be setup near the router as they do their first updates over WiFi. The only reason for 4 stars is that the UI is limited and lacks the ability to force a device to connect off a particular WiFi point. For example, my subwoofer refuses to connect to the livingroom access point and continues to connect to one of the bedrooms even though it's further away.

The reviews stating "easy to set up" caught my attention. The app works very well and the system set up could not be easier. The reviews also mentioned a lack of range and this was also accurate so I was not surprised that it was somewhat less than my old Orbi. What was interesting was that the second location was less than 25 ft away but on the other side of a bookcase and a tiled wall in a powder room, Speed was very poor until I put the third in an adjacent bed room which set up a triangle and speed now very fast. Speed can be measured with the App.

If the electricity goes out, everything reconnects without any issue whatsoever, whereas before, I had to spend hours reconnecting things with my original eero system that was years old. So happy with the upgraded eero system.

Great coverage for our house that has very think walls and alot of concrete. Wired backhaul is a great feature since the satilite eeros are on the edge of coverage for the main (housing material play a huge role in this).

We have metal siding and roof so our house is effectively a Faraday Cage. This system allows us to use our cell phones throughout the house and even reaches down to our studio @ 75 yards from the house. This saved us hundreds of dollars on an unneeded cell phone booster system
