I just upgraded my wireless speed to 1 Gig. I had to purchase wireless routers that are capable of 1 Gig speed. Thae transfer of the Eero 6+ to the Eero Pro 6 E was incredibly simple. I powered up the Pro 6 E made 1 selection and the app did the rest!

Customer service is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I actually purchased more units than my home required. The Eero tech noted that my problem was over saturization and I needed to take two Eeros off line.

As usual, Spectrum was of no help. So, I purchased a pair of these Mesh Wi-Fi routers and replaced the Spectrum. Voila!! Wireless problems solved. Even better was when I returned the Spectrum unit I was told I would lower my bill by $7 a month!! BIG win all the way around.

The app is easy to use and has some premium features you might like.

This latest improvement brings with it extra power and even greater ease of use. The upgraded set covers 6000 sq feet and since I had it installed I have had no connectivity problems

Touching your running eero may feel comparable to touching the bottom of a laptop that’s been sitting on your lap and in use for an extended period of time. To ensure your eero is operating at an optimal temperature, please: 1. Place your eeros out in the open. 2. Don’t cover your eeros with other objects. 3. Avoid placing your eeros near excessive heat or direct sunlight.4. Avoid placing your eeros on soft surfaces. 5. Use the power adapter that came with your eero. A bit more money but well worth it.
