Posted .Hi TroyH. Thank you for your feedback on the eero Pro 6E system. I’m sorry to hear about your signal drops. Soft resetting your gateway eero (the one connected to your modem) can be a useful troubleshooting step. To soft reset your eero: Hold the reset button until its LED flashes yellow (approximately 7 seconds). Once it flashes yellow, release it. As the eero boots up, the LED will flash white, then blue, and then return to solid white. Once the LED is solid white, you should be able to see your eero is back online in the eero app. If you still experience connection drops, take note of the time of the drop and reach out to customer service so that they can troubleshoot further. They can be reached at (877) 659-2347. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

I've been an IEEE 802.(2, 3, 7, 10) member since 70's/80's. Gaming is a market, not the sole capability or the only market. Value prop to the consumer has been orphaned for data miner's. And other performance issues addresses "bent-pipe" supplier ambition issues. User privacy & security subordinated to ambitions of "users are the product" 3rd parties.

Wish there were more ethernet ports on the back, as Xfinity has micro-second drop gaps in their service that can sometimes disconnect my corporate VPN over Wi-Fi throughout the day. After Xfinity rewired my place, they said if it happens again that hardwiring in to my laptop would stop the drops. (can't believe I had to say hardwire) But other than that my Wi-Fi speeds are better with other devices and streaming services.

The setup could not be quicker and more straight forward. It really feels like and Apple product-which is a genuine compliment. The Wi-Fi speed was gratifying 550 mbps with a 50 mbps upload speed. The device appears to run cooler than the previous models which is also a plus. I would highly recommend this Trip-Band Mesh Wi-FI routersystem.

I couldn’t be happier it was a literal plug and play. I replaced my old Orbi satellites with the eero and everything connected pretty much immediately. It’s been so nice to turn my PS5 on and not have to worry about packet loss or any type of lag on my game while the rest of the house streams tv

I set up for a best buy tech to come out for an evaluation and he recommended the Eero. OMG, this thing is great. Allows us to stream all our tv shows and sports right to the guest house with great wifi connection..Definitely recommend..
