Easy to setup. Could connect most devices without issues. But my iPhone 12 Pro Max would not connect to it at all. Eero support is great but they couldn’t provide a definitive answer. Returning.

Couldn't get it to finish setting up. It could be the range and location. But also had to return it because I needed more Ethernet ports to to computers.

The Eero Pro 6E works great!! We've got them throughout the house to have reliable internet now!

Its a great and easy setup product. Just make sure you place it on a hard surface plug and play.

Seems to be working great and the Total Tech Team was awesome setting up the entire system.

Eero Pro 6 E cannot function properly as a gateway. The mesh system kept dropping my internet. The problems went away after swapping the 6E with av6 Pro.

Super fast with some inital connectivity issues that went away after a week. Paid subscription for router features are disappointing.

We bought this mess system with three additional devices to increase the Wi-Fi area in our home. We were told this will increase our speed (already have fast Wi-Fi) and increase our connection area. We also bought Total Tech to have it installed in case we have any issues. The total price was ok, and the installation was fine. Since we are having connectivity issues with most of our devices. We did not have this problem previously. Even as I write this review, my PC keeps dropping the connection. We do have Total Tech so lets see if they can fix it.

As advertised and more! This 3 piece eero WiFi mesh system is awsome. Great price on sale. Extremely easy 1hr set up with the eero app. It literally walks you through your house and helps place the access nodes for the best coverage. We have a 3 level home that now has complete coverage inside and out on the deck. No dead spots! The download speed literally tripled! Would highly recomend this product.

Works great with my 1.2gig planand it was super easy to upgrade from my 1st gen eero.

Easy setup. I have it throughout my home. works very well. Wait for it to go on sale

Just Google eero red light. These are the biggest pile of garbage I’ve ever owned. I’ve bought two sets thinking I got a bad first set. Nope they’re all junk. Thousands of people have same problem and their customer service is just as bad. Most technical people that’s had constant outages daily like myself state software is crap with eero and lacks the proper diagnostic ability to report back to eero. So glitches never get fixed even with software updates. Just avoid these, they may look appealing but they’re more trouble than they’re worth.

Not happy about the wifi coverage. I dont have good coverage in my backyard and first floor.

I have a smarthome and have a lot of devices that connect to my wifi. I bought this system because it says it handles 100+ devices. While it can, it doesn't do it for very long. After a few days it starts to get bogged down and my gig internet speeds go down to 30mb speeds and can no loger stream tv. This would not be a problem if the app had a reboot device scheduler but it does not and eero support keeps saying it doesn't need one. Just check out the eero support forums. This feature has been requested by many but Eero is not listening and insists it doesn't need one. I can tell you it needs one. Once i reboot my eeros manually my internet speeds return to normal 300 mb down and up. I purchased plug in timmers to manually power cycle my stupid eeros manually. This is my work around for a feature that should come on these routers. I am just going to use them this way till I feel I got my $575 out of these pieces of junk so I don't feel so wasteful replacing them in less than a year. Think about the earth. I plan on buying a router from a mfg with more history in making routers and better customer support next time.

Difficult to change settings. I wanted to use just this but it also had Comcast net work too.

dont extend your wifi if you have steel siding. router is 60 ft from my garage tried every possible placement and couldnt get signal 60 ft away because of steel siding. its 2024 siding shouldnt block any signal

The coverage between our house, and the shop 40 feet away is GOOD!!

i am still asked to sign in to my wifi way too many times a day from very close to the mesh units.

I'm a tech. I know routers inside and out. I've had this new wifi 6+ for one month and a week, which means it is not returnable...and my devices will no longer connect. I have to reset it once an hour just to watch tv. I love eero products but this is just plain sad. Perhaps it was released too early, but you expect it to just work..once restarted everything works ok for about an hour. Maybe less, maybe more. Then tv shows stop,.and have to reset it again. I tried another router I have and the problem goes away so it is 100% this unit. I believe it's the software but it might also be hardware. Either way, I'm out a lot of time and money.
