Customers are saying

Customers admire the Pro 6E Tri-band Mesh Wi-Fi 6E System (2-pack) for its ease of use and impressive speed, with many noting its strong Wi-Fi coverage and overall performance. The setup process is generally considered straightforward, and the range and signal strength are also appreciated. While some find the system to be a bit expensive and having slightly less features, very few experience lag when streaming or gaming.

Decent overall but hiccups here and there in network quality. Spike lag moments are rare but exist.

I was only getting 300mbps on the gigibit plan through Xfinity. I ended up taking them back and trying to get stuff to hookup to it was impossible. So i went with the orbi AX 3000 and now I'm getting about 850 mbps.

I read the reviews and its capabilities and was excited to finally have something that would work great at our home in the sticks. Well, not so much. You need cell service to connect everything, and as i mentioned, we are in the sticks. I was not able to connect the product and had to return it.

None of my Apple devices failed to connect automatically with app set up and every device I tried connecting manually resulted with "Outside Subnet Range" error. Turning off legacy and pausing 5G did not work for connecting 2.4 security cams or any other devices.

Doesn’t work for a closed circuit , better off just upgrading your router and modem to reach the speeds you want , if anything buy 1 or 2 expansions to and to what you buy from your internet provider

One star primarily on the basis of not having any privacy controls around data collection. Wireless backhaul performance is poor so I would only really consider this if wired backhaul is an option for your home.

Speed was no different than Google WiFi, the eero kept dropping connections and they charge for extras that Google has for free. Returned the Eero and went back to using Google.

I attempted to use this system thinking it would meet my needs in my home 3200 sq ft. One of the mesh would not link and was not recognized by mesh system. Kept dropping signal repeatedly. Returned

I think this purchase was a mistake. It does not create a "router" that will allow me to login and change settings. My network is dropping calls on the VOIP telephones. Big problem. No solution.

Maybe it's because I'm not installing the right way, but I need a cable for one of the box ( which I hate having across my living room) and it doesn't work like it's saids.

    • Brand response from Amazon Devices Customer Support
      Posted .

Hello Jastex! Thank you for taking the time to reach out about your feedback on your experience with your eero system. I am terribly sorry you are having this issue with staying connected. That is highly unusual for this mesh system. If this is something that only occurred once you started using this new system, then I would recommend contacting eero Customer Support at 877.659.2347 to troubleshoot further. This may be caused by issues in your initial setup, or with the devices themselves. If this occurred before setting up your eero system, I recommend reaching out to your Internet Service Provider to troubleshoot the connection or service as that may not be related with eero at all. I hope these help you find answers to your issue and that it improves your experience. Thank you again for your feedback and I hope you have a terrific day! AmazonDevices
