I have a rather large span from the modem to the back of my home. Internet is really fast. I would recommend! The customer service in setting up the product was great. I had the standard equiment from the cable company and it was very slow. This product solved that issue.

We now have a powerful signal throughout our home, in our guest suite above our detached garage, and around the back yard pool. Couldn’t be happier, and it looks good, too!

Posted .Hi EllenP. Thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience with the eero Pro 6E. I understand how frustrating signal issues can be. I recommend you run a network health check through the eero application to help you quickly pinpoint any problems. To run the health check in the eero app, tap on the settings tab, select Troubleshooting, select My internet connection drops, then select run health check. The eero app will run a health check on your network to identify what’s going on. Once you follow the prompts, you will be presented with the results and suggested next steps. If this doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Great wifi investment

Watching YouTube showed the ease of installation. Product was even easier to set up once out of the box. Definitely worth the investment to extend wifi coverage.

Mesh technology makes this system reliable and provides great speed and signal range. Eeros consistently updates their products via software updates and the system gets better over time.

The only thing that annoys me is that in order to use the more advanced options I have to buy a subscription. I have never had to do that with a router before and don't like that companies are making people get subscriptions so that they can line their pockets.

Newest Eero 6E

My home is 5K sq. ft., has stucco walls & the Best Buy salesman was adamant that only Eero would work for us. I purchased 4 Eero pods, and life is good. Spectrum upgraded equipment too, so all is much better.

It is very easy to set up using the eero app. I recently upgraded to this product from an older eero pro wi fi system and I’m glad I did. I have used eero for years now and have had very few issues with it. I highly recommend this product.
