Big improvement in speed and reliability over my old Google WiFi pucks AND I only needed 2 where I used to have 3 of the Google devices. Would certainly recommend. Pro tip (which I did not know). Use the same SSID when you swap out and everything just works if you have Alexa devices on your network

Have had this product for a little over a month. So far it's been working pretty good. It automatically runs a speed test a few times a week. So far haven't had too many buffering issues with streaming services or when I am working from home. I would definitely recommend this product

Purchased a 3 pack then added a 4th for 3500 sq ft home. Worked great for 11 months, but now constant dropped connections throughout the day for past 3 weeks +. On the plus side, I thought I was lucky the problems started just inside the 1 year warranty period. No changes to home set up whatsoever, not ISP, modem, cables, eero node placement distances, nothing. Seems to have started about two eero software updates ago that were, among other things, supposed to have addressed “stability issues.” Have been back & forth with eero numerous times both via phone & email. Every piece of hardware has been checked/replaced. ISP xFinity tech visit confirmed line signal is good, and even replaced a perfectly good XB8-T router just in case. Tried swapping the eero acting as the main gateway at the modem along with its ethernet cable, still have numerous drops. After way too difficult prompting with them, eero finally agreed to send out a new node to plug in as the gateway. Still get drops and red status lights. Eero customer service now ghosting me after last email communication I sent 4 days ago letting them know the new unit made no difference. I’ve given them 3 weeks to make this right, but now just feel their tactic is delay-delay-delay. I’d be satisfied with trying an updated replacement with their eero 7 Pro, but I’m not hopeful as I cant get them to get back to me anymore. At this point I’m hoping I can get a full refund to put toward a competitor’s product.

We bought this for our inlaws house which is multiple levels and thick walls. The wifi was horrible prior. Constantly dropping, we could never do video calls - dispite them having the most upgraded internet plan. We installed this - super easy - and the wifi has been seemless throughout the house! It is amazing. My husband and I were both on work video calls with zero lag or issues. Total game changer!

The eero router connected easily with router connected to one on the fiber box. The wifi is bow reachable all over the house.

Easy set up, coverage is great across 3400 sqft home.

I love that this product helped extend my WiFi another 50 yards out to my back house. It connected to our 1st generation Eero's and working with Eero's technical support team was a great experience as they were extremely helpful in hard resetting our network and getting them re-connected. Highly recommend.

I bought this as a replacement for the one that was supplied by our Internet company and just kept it as a second one once everything was fixed.

We struggled with our internet speed in our home. We had the Geek Squad come out and install the Eero wifi extender and now our internet is faster than ever! It was a little more than we would have liked to spend - but our frustrations are eleviated.

What an upgrade from my previous router! I have gigabit internet and these Eero routers deliver incredibly fast wireless and even faster wired for my game console. You really cannot go wrong with these. Highly recommend.

Mesh system works great with our internet hotspot.

Really easy to set up. I’ve had them running for about month now with no issues. The app will sometimes lag on updating the status of connections but not by too much. I really like the system automatically connecting devices to the best speed with all bands having the same id.

The unit has some excellent features-- 2.5g port, 6E. These features solved most of my problems. I gave them a lower rating for three reasons-- 1) Thought i could use the 2.5 for connection between the system. only can use 2.5 G port for upstream 2) No link aggregation for WAN or LAN. 3) the price is high even though you get 3 devices, some other brands have 2 units that put out more speed.

Love my eeros the connection is strong always pulling my gig up and down and the app is very easy to use

This product was recommended by a friend as well as my audio installer. Very easy process to add and link up. And the coverage goes well beyond my 3k sq ft home. I have been impressed and at ease while controlling anything from within my home, patio, garage or in my yard.
