Posted .Hi KiritM. Thank you for reaching out about your experience with the eero 6E system. For the best experience, wireless eeros should be no more than 50 feet apart from another eero. Depending on your home, this can vary. Strategically placing your eeros is the single most important step you can take to ensure your system provides fast, reliable WiFi to every room in your home. Here are some tips to follow: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

If you have eero 6 Pro, there is no need to upgrade to eero Pro 6E. Unless you have lots and lots of 6E devices. Otherwise, you will have degraded performance. The reason is, the eero pro 6E has 3 antennas (1 2.4Ghz, 1 5GHz 2x2 MIMO and 1 6GHz) and the eeror Pro 6 has 3 antennas (1 2.4GHz and 2 - 5GHz 4x4 MIMO). So if you have lots of WIFI 5 AC or 6 AX that uses 5GHz frequency, then the 6 Pro is the faster. Amazon all they did is remove one channel from the 6 Pro and assign it as a 6GHz, downgrading the 5GHz speed. If you have WIFI 5 router, then it would be better to upgrade to WIFI 7 and skip the AX / AXE generation altogether.

Bought the 2 pack of these and I was able to set it up as a secondary wifi source. Mainly for work download and upload speeds are great since my work computer is the only device hooked up to it.
