There are three units as compared to the two of another name brand I had prior. These were to be an upgrade for me beign the Pro E series. My download speeds have been reduced along with connectivity. Items like my robo vac and light bulbs are not staying connected to the internet and I find myself having to set those items up again and again.

Posted .Hi Mdhfarmgirl. Thanks for reaching out about your experience with the eero Pro 6E system. I am sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been having. Sometimes power cycling your eeros can resolve connectivity issues. You can do this by unplugging and replugging it. Once you’ve plugged it back into power, wait for your eero to boot back up. This should take about 2 minutes. If the WiFi cuts out after the eero restart, notate the time of the outage and reach out to eero customer support for further troubleshooting steps. They can be reached at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

The app is solid, easy to navigate and very customizable. The guest mode feature is amazing for when i have family over and don't want to give out the main wifi. Also this is a true mesh system. Each node is a access point and router. Unlike other systems. I will always use eero systems.
