    This by far was the easiest router I’ve ever installed. Step by step instructions on app and you have WiFi. As far as performance goes I haven’t had one buffering instance since installing. Works great and no issues. 7 - 10 devices hooked up to this all the time and not even a hint of a problem. I definitely recommend this if you have 2+ flors to cover.

    They work very well. You need to strategically place them through out the house close enough with in range of each other for maximum experience. I get pretty great WiFi everywhere. Before it was very spotty. Love these! Worth the buy!

    Purchased a 3 pack then added a 4th for 3500 sq ft home. Worked great for 11 months, but now constant dropped connections throughout the day for past 3 weeks +. On the plus side, I thought I was lucky the problems started just inside the 1 year warranty period. No changes to home set up whatsoever, not ISP, modem, cables, eero node placement distances, nothing. Seems to have started about two eero software updates ago that were, among other things, supposed to have addressed “stability issues.” Have been back & forth with eero numerous times both via phone & email. Every piece of hardware has been checked/replaced. ISP xFinity tech visit confirmed line signal is good, and even replaced a perfectly good XB8-T router just in case. Tried swapping the eero acting as the main gateway at the modem along with its ethernet cable, still have numerous drops. After way too difficult prompting with them, eero finally agreed to send out a new node to plug in as the gateway. Still get drops and red status lights. Eero customer service now ghosting me after last email communication I sent 4 days ago letting them know the new unit made no difference. I’ve given them 3 weeks to make this right, but now just feel their tactic is delay-delay-delay. I’d be satisfied with trying an updated replacement with their eero 7 Pro, but I’m not hopeful as I cant get them to get back to me anymore. At this point I’m hoping I can get a full refund to put toward a competitor’s product.

I understand how disruptive constant dropped connections can be to your daily routine, and I'm truly sorry that the troubleshooting process with eero support has not resolved the issue despite your considerable time and effort. Regarding the connectivity drops and red status lights you're experiencing, here are some additional troubleshooting approaches that may help address firmware-related stability issues:
      1. Perform a complete network reset by unplugging all eero nodes simultaneously, waiting 2 minutes, then powering up only the gateway node first. Wait 5 minutes for it to fully stabilize before powering on additional nodes one at a time with 3-minute intervals between each. 2. Check if your eero system is on the latest firmware version through the app, and if automatic updates are enabled, consider temporarily disabling them to prevent further instability until the issue is resolved. 3. Verify that your XB8-T gateway modem is in bridge mode to prevent double NAT issues that can cause intermittent connectivity problems, particularly after firmware updates. I understand your frustration with the lack of response from eero support after four days, especially given the three weeks you've already invested in resolving this issue.
