Easy to install, works like a charm. Security is a big plus

This might be a fine router if you don’t need to connect an Apple device or need to use WiFi calling on your cell phone. Or connect a computer. Or a Roku. My iPhone will connect to the router, and have blazing fast internet for about five minutes before I get a message that I’m not connected to the internet, would I like to switch to cellular data. All the while I still have a strong signal from the router. I have a very weak cell signal in my neighborhood, which is why I need WiFi calling in the first place. I can turn off Wi-Fi, then turn it back on, and it works great for another five minutes. I’ve spent countless hours on various forums, trying to find an answer, and tried every nonsense suggestion that Eero support has thrown out in the online forums. I contacted them directly once, and nothing they did made any improvement, but a week later I discovered that they had left a back door open to “monitor” my network. The unending nonstop problems are ridiculous for a router costing as much as this. I’m going to throw these out and buy a simple, cheap Asus.

Improve my Internet drastically, I would find it again and again

I bought this a month ago because i have had problems with several antivirus programs interfering with my adobe products which i use for my business. So far this is the only product that has not adversly interfered with adobe. I do not know if it has protected me from anything, so theres that, but so far so good.

This Mesh set solved reoccurring connection problems on our second floor. Download speeds also increased by 50% or so. My only concern is that the package doesn't have any instructions for installation other than a link. The install link was good and the internal links to special issues was helpful. However, being an old guy, I prefer paper as an alternative.

The setup was difficult. I called the eero helpdesk and spent about one hour setting up. The internet speed was much less than my original router speed. The price is high compared to similar products from other companies. Overall it did not serve my purpose so I had to return it.
