Im in a 1900 sq foot home, and i cent get a signal outside in the yard nor in my garage for my cameras. Not sure what the solution is to be avle to get my cameras working.

Here are some possible fixes to help remedy the issue you are facing: 1. Place eero where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eero on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep eero in open space. 4. Try placing your eero near doors; this may help since wood is less dense and easier for WiFi waves to penetrate. 5. Avoid placing your eero in a location near heavy metal or any other point of interference, such as a microwave. If you have an existing router, you can name the Eero the same name and password as your old router so your things like Alexa and Ring products are recognized and reconnected immediately.

Fairly easy install. I did have to call support once for some clarification, but that was a quick call too. One "pod" in my office, and one in the kitchen easily covers the house, and can get coverage into the backyard too.

Searching for manual on line, does not come up for eero Prob 6E Router. Every one says open app, looks like on cell phone, when to app store on cell, no app for this item found. Does it go under another name?? Spent over 1 hour trying to find clear non geek directions with no luck. Please help this non geek to obtain assistance.

Once app is downloaded, it will take you step by step on setting up your new eero.
