EERO Has been working great, easy to change over, great coverage. No connection issues.

We now have no weakspots in the house and never have any signs of internet struggle.

We seem to have a clearer and better picture since we changed over our TV from Best Buy to use U Tube TV. We no longer have a router or cable boxes but are now using the Pro 6E Mesh WiFi Network.

If your house is composed of plaster walls like most older homes you’ll have to keep them closer together

After about a year I would have to start rebooting more and more or else it would start loosing speed. Today, after about a year and a half, I’m having to reboot it like 3 or 4 times a day now.

Performance degradation requiring frequent reboots can stem from several factors. Here are comprehensive troubleshooting steps to help resolve these issues: 1. Ensure your eero app is updated to the latest version, as this can affect system performance and stability. 2. Check for any firmware updates in the eero app. While updates install automatically, ensuring you're on the latest version can resolve known bugs. 3. Perform a soft reset by unplugging all eero units, waiting 30 seconds, then plugging in the gateway eero first (the one connected to your modem). Wait for it to fully boot (solid white light), then plug in the additional unit. If these troubleshooting steps don't resolve the declining performance and you continue experiencing the need for multiple daily reboots, eero Support is available at (877) 659-2347 7 days a week 6:00 am – 8:00 pm PT.
