    Excellent routers. However, even used as mesh, the signal strength does degrade a lot.

    Great product and provides the needed coverage easily. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have had to reset them a few times. Other than that, it works perfectly.

    Eero is one of the best products out there. I hear people switch from orbis and other wifis router to eero.

    I actually had quite a few problems setting up this device. I upgraded from the Eero pro (very old) which had at least 20 devices connected to it and got this Eero Pro 6E. It kept dropping signal to my Xboxes and actually got slower speeds to my devices. Maybe I just got a bad device, but I want impressed. So I got the Eero Pro 6 instead ( 2020 version) and haven't had issues at all with it

    This is my third eero mesh and last one; very happy with the eero pro, then upgraded to eero pro 6, and after some time started to have connectivity issues. I decided to upgrade again to the Pro 6E since I have devices with wifi 6E and immediately started having connectivity issues and other issues such as roaming, slow speeds on a 1gbps connection, and the devices with wifi 6E will not connect to 6E. eeros do not like Samsungs S22 ultras or late iPhone with randomized mac address, and you will have to change to phone mac address but zero 6E. I have tried to troubleshoot for days with the help of two IT professionals to no avail. New Cat8 cables tested for no signal noise or packet loss etc., removing one eero, factory resetting, new modem.... whatever is out there we tried to no avail. If you have 6E-capable devices and are paying for 1gbps internet, this is not for you. There was a software update a few days ago for eero and tonight for Samsung; if not corrected, I will return it. My son has the eero pro, and it outperforms this one in all aspects by far and very happy.

    Upgraded from Eero Pro 6 with great expectations of speed increase. With the broken WPA3 that is currently in the firmware I am stuck with WiFi 6 just like before

    Around August of 2023, I purchased an Eero mesh router system from BestBuy totaling approximately $695 so that I may have internet in a newly built home. The devices were advertised to provide Wi-Fi 6E to 1500-2500 sq ft per device. Due to me having a 3100 sq ft home, I purchased 4 of them, not including the Eero router built into my additionally purchased Ring Security Device ($283). I also pay my local internet company for 1GB of speed, a speed the devices advertise they can handle. Since my purchase, I have had extreme complications with efficient WiFi throughout my house. Throughout the year of me owning the devices, I once believed that my security cameras were working improperly, so I contacted Ring and they told me there wasn't enough WiFi getting to the devices. Throughout the year, I've also contacted Spectrum, my internet provider, due to lack of WiFi. It wasn't until two separate technicians, one from Spectrum and another from an outside source, have told me that the devices were working improperly. The technician showed me the speeds I was getting as well as the poor roaming capabilities of the devices. Despite previous contacts with Eero regarding similar issues, I contacted them again in July of 2024 so that they may help me fix the issue. I stayed on the phone with them for almost 3 hours and went through many troubleshooting attempts, which all failed, only so that they may see my documented proof of poor roaming capabilities and data speeds less than 1/10 of what I should be getting. They've told me that there is nothing wrong with the devices nor will they replace them despite their annotated proof of my troubles. I would simply like my money back since I am well past the return date from BestBuy and spent the majority of the year thinking other devices were the issue.
