Fun game. Large map with many quests. Glitchy at times but still a good game to play. Customize your character and build the way you wish.

I was so hyped for this game, but this game is largely unfinished. After enjoying the rest of the souls titles, I had high hopes for Elden Ring. What a let down. For starters, they made the mistake of choosing quantity over quality. The map and game are HUGE. But I would have been much happier with a smaller world with better details and more realistic AI. This game just feels years behind it's time. Hardly anything about the world feels natural. The world just feels empty and boring. The plot and features are heavily lacking. The story is essentially nonexistent. People are giving this game way too much credit. Unless you're a die-hard Dark Souls fan that is willing to overlook all the flaws in this game, I wouldn't recommend buying it. At the very least, watch some gameplay videos before deciding whether it is buying now or waiting for until the game is finished. I really hope they continue to work on and improve this game, because the potential is there. It just needs A LOT of work to catch up to other new titles. As it stands, this plays more like a $20 title.

This game is hard. Not for the casual gaming but stunning touched with adventure. This one is blood & roses.

Elden Ring is an absolute masterpiece, This was my first souls game and It was definitely worth every penny.

Bought this game for my son for his birthday. Love the graphics and little details within the game.

This is an open world game with very little benefit to exploration. The bosses and mini-bosses all have super long combos and many of them have an insane amount of XP, making fights incredibly long and tedious and with the glaring amount of hitbox errors I have witnessed do to bugs and glitches, often extremely frustrating when you get one-shot killed after 30 minutes of perfectly timed battle against a boss. It's punishing like you'd expect from a souls game, but not in any sort of fun way. It is a slog, plain and simple. Nothing about this game leaves me with feelings of accomplishment or excitement like other souls games. I think it was a bold idea and I give them two stars for that. As a long time souls veteran who has played every other game through many times, I would not recommend this game. After about 60hrs, I put it back in the jewel case and posted it on Offer up.
