Good single player game, but the multi player function is only temporary

It is a little long getting started but not bad once it starts

This is a very challenging game, so make sure to watch gameplay videos prior to buying. It was too much for as I do not care for games which the player is expected to die frequently.

Great game! Beautiful made.. at same time a difficult game to play. Just be patient..

I don’t play a lot of different games, I prefer to play one game extensively before moving on. I do give up on games if they are boring or don’t fully capture my attention. I am a late comer to this game but I am enjoying it enough to see myself playing it for long time.

I'm really into this game. It's my first game in the "Souls" lineup and is my long waited Skyrim replacement. Great game play. The only ding is that they took the "open world" concept to the next level with very little guidance. However, tons of info on the web.

Elden ring is a really well-made and competent game but I’ve just come to the conclusion that from software titles are just not for me

Guys, seriously....im in about an hour and I just cant make this work. I wanted to so bad because of all the hype, but thats just all it is to me now....you know? A toot in the wind....A 1 star toot. This is what kills it for me....The gameplay and fighting mechanics. There is no love there. Its like a mean dad. There is no elegant and buttery smooth ghost of Tsushima or extremely enjoyable horizon forbidden west fighting going on. In fact, it's so stiff that it feels like i cut out a piece of cardboard into a cat shape, hot glued a popsicle stick to the back of it, and did a puppet show with it for my dogs. Oh...yeah, and the cardboard had a soak in an bowl of 6 day old ramen noodles and then dried on a furnace vent for to long. I cant ignore the fact that when i play a game, whatever it is, if the fighting sucks, im out. Same reason i couldn't stand skyrim. Its just not my thing. My purpose for leaving this review, is to save those who have similar feelings to mine, some money. If this wasn't your thing....like, ever, it wont be now.

Don’t know why I even try to play these games!? Only 2 games I haven’t finished/enjoyed out of dozens and decades of play. This one and Bloodbourne. Too hard, too repetitive (if you didn’t have to repeat every new fight a dozen times it would show how shallow the game really is!) Compare that to true art with storylines, beautiful graphics, and great tech/gameplay with a hundred hours to explore (like Horizon2, Last of Us, Days Gone, Monster Hunter, etc) Don’t know who writes postive 5 stars for this poor gameplay/graphics crap (pros?), but it is neither enjoyable or satisfying. Maybe kids who have to make believe what great gamers they are?? Games like this, or Doom, etc. or the many others short on content games should sell for a fraction of what the truly phenomenal games sell for - certainly not the same price!!! The only reason these cheap games are selling is there aren’t enough quality single play games.

Purchased for my son for Christmas. He loves it. One of the best games on the market. Of course ordered online picked up in store. BestBuy made it easy.

game is ok . i should buy it when it is on sale . price is high now

In 2 weeks i had 75 hrs total with it completed and i was not disappointed for the casuals buy it on sale
