Based on the time I spent so far playing it it is very challenging and it's definitely different than most games I've had to play because of how you have to pay attention to everything in track everything but it's visually stunning and overall has been quite fun to play even when it gets me frustrated.

Wicked hard but wicked good. This game has sort of consumed my soul over the past two weeks. It is NOT easy and does NOT have any hand holding tutorials. But, it is also highly rewarding and has a beautiful world to engage in.

Absolutely adore Elden Ring and am around 50 hours in. This is a great introductory game if you haven't played previous soulsborne titles due to their difficulty. The open world makes the game easier to get into, and it has a more understandable tutorial as well. Very dark, very creative, very fun.

Amazing feat of imagination and engineering. One of the best game experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend to anyone that enjoys adventure, discovery, exploration and being pushed to master the actual game mechanics. Amazing world, amazing gameplay, amazing characters and story and setting.

One of the best souls games and a great open world game in general. Elden ring will satisfy veterans of the genre and will provide a great experience for people who enjoy open world games and experiencing a well crafted world

I played the previous souls games and the open world setting brings a huge improvement to the linear path set before. I casually play and die often but it definitely feels different with how many respawn points are placed.

Expansive, open-world dark fantasy game with lots to explore and even more to find. Incredible character designs, countless weapons, armor sets, and magical items to combine and create different character builds. Can be played offline as single player, and online with either assistance from or also played against other players. There is a substantial difficulty level in this game, but the option to go anywhere allows for keeping gameplay interesting and leveling up your character. Many areas and enemies can be quite scary and/unsettling especially for younger players, so be aware that it’s not just dragons and trolls, but also nightmarish mutations and deformed creatures that make it feel like your character just stepped into hell itself. The numerous discoveries and satisfying exploration more than make up for the difficulty and offers hours upon hours of fun gameplay.

If you're a fan of Fromsoft's past games, you'll love it. If you couldn't get into them this game likely wont change your mind. The open world aspect of it makes you feel like you're exploring a forgotten land. Not just moving from map icon to map icon.

This game can be brutally challenging but extremely fun and rewarding. Easily 100+ hours of content to keep you engaged. Amazing boss fights, enemy designs, setting, and music.

Played the beginning of this on my PS4 PRO before I finally got my PS5 and it looked amazing ... Excited to see how much better it is upgraded on PS5 ... I must play Demon Souls first though and get my bearings for these type of games.

Elden ring is elden ring souls games dont disappoint

One of the best games I ever had. The plot is great, graphics amazing. It flows with lot of challenges. And the map is huge. Definitevily a game for anyone that likes a great adventure in an action role play game.

First off i just want to say i preordered this game not knowing what i was walking into. Came today, played it. Its amazing, the graphics are amazing and the gameplay is slowly coming to me. My steelbook will be here tomorrow but im still missing the dlc that came with it. Thats on bestbuy not the developers so it won’t affect my review.

Game is very well designed, not for beginners but very challenging, satisfying and frustrating at times (like most "souls" type games). But highly recommend.

Great evolution for the soulsborne genre. Even on my third playthrough I'm still finding new things to do and enjoying the vast array of build styles. Can't wait for the dlc.

Dark souls but open world. The pinnacle of all the soulsborne games. Insane amount of content, beautiful landscapes and dungeons to explore. Tons of interesting lore to be discovered within the items, bosses, and enviroments. The game has some performance issues on most platforms, I highly recommend playing the ps4 version on a ps5 to get a locked 60fps.

One of the hardest and most rewarding games I’ve played in years

Cant put this game down. I wish they would make some insurance to compensate the money and time, ive lost by playing this game. I might need a new job soon.
