Love the mechanics of the game where it teaches you to use different builds to defeating different bosses. Some were very hard but taught me a lot that some builds work and some not. The game is very rich in different play styles and in story.

I saw someone describe this game as "Death of the Wild," and that is probably the most accurate summary of Elden Ring to date. This game is massive, immersive, punishingly difficulty without being unfair, and just visually stunning. There is so much to see and do, and no one will play this game the same way twice.

Honestly this game is gorgeous. Graphics are beautiful amd the world is just astounding. Im loving not losing a chunk of my HP when dying unless i restore it with an item or killing a boss. The open world gameplay helps a lot. Hit a wall? Go do something else for a bit and come back later. Horse riding snd combat has been adapted wonderfully.

I’ve never played a soul’s game and starting out with elden ring I knew I was going to like it.first off don’t go into this game thinking that it will be easy IT IS NOT ! You have to strategize you’re attacks and study your enemy this isn’t a hand holding game .the open world is amazing tons to do and tons of armor and weapons to collect

The reviews will attract a lot of new players to the series. I’ve played every game in the series so I knew what to expect and how to progress. Those new, please watch videos so you know what you’re getting into. If you are up to the challenge, this game has a beautiful huge open world to get lost in. Best game so far in the series.

I am hopelessly addicted to this game. This is only my second soulslike game, and let’s just say the first one did not go very well). This game is a whole different story. Though difficult, it is incredibly rewarding when you improve and make progress. Been playing 11 days and already put nearly 30 hours into it. Love this game!

This game is such an enthralling experience. The open world is actually intriguing to explore, and there seems to be an endless amount of places, enemies, characters and items to discover. It's hard; don't expect an easy time. But the feeling of accomplishment when you overcome each challenge is worth the fight.

So I’ve always wanted to like FromSoftware games, but unfortunately i always bounced off of them, hard. That is, until Elden Ring. This game is amazing. It begs you to play more. And while it is not easier than past FS games, it does seem to be a little more forgiving with its wide open world for exploration.

I am very late to this game, but it is still a great game. It is a bit dark from a story and reality of the world perspective but the story is entriguing. Definitely not an easy game, be prepared to get angry at times.

Such a massive and interesting open world game, it’s hard to know where to start your journey. If you search around the different vistas you are sure to find a unique boss or a hidden cave with plenty of exciting rewards. Definitely an amazing souls-like experience to get started with in the genre.

Arguably, one of the best games ive ever played. Some bosses and enemies are cheap occasionally however the whole experience is highly rewarding and fun. However not reccomended for those that frustrate easilly or cant take losing well cause guess what? Its gonna happen..... ALOT.

This game is incredible! If youre a fan of souls type games or enjoy games with a great challenge look no further. If you’ve never played a souls type game before i suggest doing research before buying because its not for everyone.

Fantastic game. I’ve never really clicked with "Souls" games previously but this one I managed to get really in to. Combat is punishing and infuriating, but a good test of patience and trial & error. Exploration is fun and the world is beautiful. At 25 hours in I would give this game a 9.5/10

This is a very challenging game and will suck you in for the long haul. It is a souls game for sure but is made even better with the addition of the open world. They did a great job with the game but I feel that the story could have been larger or tied to more places that you interact with in the world. You can spend 3/4 of your time exploring things and places that don't tie into the story which makes it feel pointless. Overall it is still one of the best games I have played from this developer.

Very immersive game, I could spend hours combing the map. Lots of options for various playstyles. The game is challenging but that's part of the fun - and unlike last games, if you get stuck on a boss/enemy you can just move to a different area! One of my favorite games I've ever played.

One of the most amazing games that as an older gamer I really appreciate. This game does not hold your hand and truly encouraged exploration without guiding you too much . The menu system is a little weird but the gameplay is outstanding.

I am huge fan of the Soulsborne games, even though they generally far exceed my skill level. I love the design and the straightforward gameplay. Elden Ring adds an open world design that I've just begun to explore and is incredible. I can't wait to spend many more hours with the game.
