The crew that arrived worked quickly and efficiently to deliver and install our new GE Profile Double Oven Range. They were in and out in 45 minutes and were even nice enough to relocate the old range into the attached garage for us! Well done!

The installers did a great job setting up my Frigidaire Convection Range. They were unpacked in it, brought it safely into my home, and including any trashing and packing materials. They also took my old oven range.

The installation crew did a great job. They unpacked the range quickly, brought it carefully inside, and installed it, making sure it was working before they were done. The only concern is that they forgot to level it front to back. They did level it side to side. So, we had to level it ourselves. This is the 2nd appliance we've had this issue with. Hopefully, now that I'm writing this, I'll remember to ask next time, but ideally, that should be something the crew does automatically.

The delivery and installation team was fantastic. They were on time, worked quickly, and were very professional. They installed the new electric range perfectly, made sure it was level, and tested it to confirm everything was working. They also hauled away the old appliance and left the kitchen clean. I'm very happy with the service.

The installers came at 7:10 AM which was perfectly fine with me. They were polite, extremely careful and very professional. My driveway had just been painted and I explained that they couldn’t roll the oven over the driveway. They put on these this that linked both of them together with the stove in the middle and carried the unit directly into my home. Great invention! They also removed my existing stove and left it at the curb.

We recently purchased a new Frigidaire Range. The pair of installers were phenomenal! The old range went out the front door, followed immediately by the appearance of our new appliance! They quickly attached the new electrical cord, plugged it in and replaced the range in the counter. In and out within about 10 minutes. They were pleasant and professional the entire time. I wish all delivery/installation technicians were this capable.

I love the range, and it matches all my white appliances. It is simple and the price was excellent. I didn't need a fancy range, not to mention my new house was a costly expense, so I had to consider the cost of appliances. I only gave 4 stars because the power cord was left off the order and I couldn't use my new range for about a week. However, Best Buy acted quickly to get the power cord delivered and installed. I live in a rural area so that delayed installation. Best Buy has been my supplier for years and they always back up my purchases with great warranty.

I made sure to purchase the installation kit because my old range was very old and did not want to risk any issues with the old cord. The delivery and installation was amazing. The delivery man got the range in the kitchen and installed in about 15 minutes. I am so happy with Best Buy!

Installation was great. The delivery crew had to work around a very narrow door in my house but did so expertly. They also put in a lot of work to level the range to match my countertop.

Fast and correct installation. Installed it in an upstairs classroom without issue!

Purchased a stove with installation and the experience was great! Best Buy gave me an early morning delivery time and the men showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule! The delivery guys were a polite, courteous, professional, and took the time to make sure that the oven was level. I also asked them if I could take a few minutes and make sure that all the burners and the oven worked before they left, and they helped me with that process too! Excellent service!

The installation of the range was not quite up to the standard of the first delivery. I purchased four appliances and three were delivered right away. The range was delayed and I was aware of it. After a huge snafu where they marked the range as delivered in their system, the range had to be reordered and I had another month’s wait with no range to cook on. When it was delivered, the gentlemen could not get it level side to side and front to back. They played with it for what seemed like a half hour. I finally just asked them to leave. The front of the range is up higher than the back so when you try to cook in a frying pan, everything slides backwards.

The team that came for the installation were on time, cleaned up after themselves and very friendly.

The installers were careful and worked efficiently removing the existing range and bringing in the new one. They attached the power cord but were unable to complete the installation because I needed to have my gas line capped. So after having that done I moved the range into place myself.

The guys took out the old one & brought in the new stove. Hooked it up & made sure it was working & set the clock
