The anti-tip plate wasn't measured correctly so when the stove was pushed back it ripped out of the dry wall. This isn't a big deal because I don't think the stove will actually tip ever, but when you pay for a service you expect it to be done correctly.

He also made sure it was level! All functionality was reviewed before they left

Geek Squad Rocks!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to wait long than anticipated for my LG double oven to be installed but despite that I was impressed with the Geek Squad installers. They told me that when the cardboard was taken off my range there was a big dent in the back. I wouldn’t have noticed. The head installer told me that he would recommend getting a new one. I was very impressed with their honesty. It was worth taking another day off from work!
