Had to get someone back in to level as it was not done properly the first time.

Didn’t actually get fully installed due to baseboard issues. But the guys pointed out an electrical issue we had when they attempted to install it and we were able to have an electrician come out and fix it. We finished install ourselves and had no issue.

Thank you best buy for your cprteous and professionalism. They help install it and pick up our old range.

I was very impressed with the installation team and process. Best Buy kept me informed via email and text of the installation schedule and the team called to let me know exactly when they would arrive. They arrived on time and installed the range without issue. The installer demonstrated that the range was level and gave us a quick overview of operations. The entire process was completed in less than an hour.

The installation crew was great. They called in advance. They were friendly and did the job right.

The gentleman that installed my range were professional and very nice. When dents and scratches were found on the range, they took pictures and gave us a number to call to get a price adjustment. As for the induction part, it’s a little learning curve coming from a gas stove. But the precision of heat control is exactly what I love about this range.

Was told to have electrician move floor plug to firewall. Electrician came out and said floor plug would not be issue as stove would be height adjusted to meet counters. Electrician cost $49.00 for an issue that wasn't even an issue. Range went in with no problems with plug on floor.

We had Best Buy deliver our new oven, install it, and haul away the old, non-working oven. It was well worth the extra fees to not have to worry about anything and to be able to start enjoying our new oven immediately. The delivery people were fast, and courteous.

Plug and play! Pleaded with the delivery guy, not Geek Squad or 3rd party tech people, to install it! The Geek squad was no show! Their dispatchers canceled the appointment to install Refrige, dishwasher, and range right before the Thanksgiving Holiday!

The individuals delivering and installing the range were considerate and respectful of our home; being very careful of doors, floors and the kitchen countertop. They were knowledgeable and they inspected and tested the range before they left, making sure there were no scratches or dents and the oven, convection and burners worked properly.

Called us to let us know when they would arive, and installed the range as professionally as possible.

Had both a dishwasher and a range delivered and installed. The crew that came was excellent: got a call 20 minutes prior (within promised delivery time), they hauled the old appliances and installed the new ones in less than one hour. Had bad experiences in the past and I was pleasantly surprised by the BB crew.
