The crew that installed this range did a very thorough job. This was the second range and the first crew did not follow through with their thorough inspection of the product like they are supposed to. Glass on inside of door had a 1” gap at the top, the control panel had a large gap between the cooktop and the back of the panel and the interior enamel was damaged.

Love all the features. Would recommend this product to anyone.

They were a little behind schedule but called to let me know they were 25 mins behind schedule. I paid to have old appliance moved to another location, but the failed to do that. I called 888-BESTBUY and first person told me I was wrong. It was for haul away only and I would need to call back the next day to get a refund. Frustrated, I called back and was refunded the fee during that phone call with an emailed receipt of the transaction.

The guys were very careful bringing it into the kitchen and hooking it up. works great.

I cannot say enough good things about our installer. He was very professional , used all the safety precautions during the pandemic and went above and beyond to make sure our stove was working for us. He encountered a little problem with the electrical but worked on it and got us up and running. He cleaned up after and was very pleasant. A+

The other review about the purchase of the range does not reflect on the crew that delivered and installed the range. The installation and delivery people are pretty fantastic and did a terrific job of installing the range, explaining the features of the range, and covering the do's and don't's. The delay between the purchase and when the delivery people actually got the range was out of the control of the delivery & installation people.

The guys were great. They were running late, I let Best Buy know I had to leave in an hour or so. They phoned within 15 minutes, actually apologized for the delay (no need, I understood the reasons) then were so very polite, neat, helpful. Hard to complain. In fact, can’t! Very pleased.

Delivery guys did a nice job of installing the stove, but had some issues with the cord. Finally the figured out thatbthe cord was not connected correctly to the back and fixed it. They took time to explain some of the features and run the stove through its precycle.

Stove installation was free. By law, they had to apply the anti tip feature on it. Makes it stick out from wall more. Nothing to do about it since it was mandatory. Good job done at leveling it. I took out my leveler after they finished and it was level.

Installation was quickly, efficiently completed. The new stove fits like a glove.

The guys were very professional and polite. I would recommend geek squad for all installations.

Oven installation team was fantastic. They were highly responsive to my needs and my stove installation took place without any hitches. Super professional team members and I’m so very happy with the service which I received!

Review of installation only: They removed the old range and did not connect the new unit. They left the new unit near the location to be installed. This is the second time I've used BB installation. The first was worse with them installing a dishwasher. Only thing of value is they brought the unit into the house and into the kitchen. I would call them first to understand what they'll actually do and to make sure you have customer service number ready when they come to install. I'm only recommending as it's easier to have the large items delivered and placed in the home. Installation itself was much less than expected as I did it myself. The guys were very friendly though.
