Best Buy employs excellent technicians

They reviewed the controls with us and tested the stove for proper heating. We bought the Total Tech package which doubled the factory warranty. It also provided for the removal and disposal of the old stove at no charge.

Not great

They did not level the stove, nor did they install the keepers in the back to assist with tipping when door is open. Even though I paid for it, they basically just set in place, plugged it is and walked away. They said they leveled and isnatlled the brackets, but, well, no. They did not.

Quick and painless

They wore masks in the house (this was during the height of Covid) and were respectful. Have had no issues with the range in the last year and a half.

Installation for Oven

They did explain how I needed pre heat for 30 mins to get the smell out. The suggestion was best as the smell of burning would taste like that in my food. Overall installation was good.

They were friendly.

They leveled it but my floor and counter were no longer level so I asked them to make adjustments. They did, but I could tell it wasn't high on their list. My husband and I worked on it later that evening to make it more aesthetically pleasing.
