Average install - poor communication and follow up

We had keep the dented unit because we HAD to have a stove. Next, we had to follow up weekly/monthly with our "consultant" instead of him being proactive and reaching out to us. I understand that there are supply chain issues and it was out of stock. Fine - but routine follow up should have come from BestBuy not from me. I received a call in late June (3 months after purchase) that they were on their way to install the replacement (in our FL condo - we live in GA) and there was nothing I could do. Communication needs to be evaluated on planning dates/times, etc. We had to reschedule again for July when we will be there to allow the installation. Very frustrating experience.

stove replacement

The first people you sent to replace the damaged stove were awful. They did not like where they were told to park, so they just drove off with out replacing the damaged stove.
