The geek squad delivered on time installed my new cooker really good job very professional

The installers were excellent and nice and very respectful of my house . They knew what they were doing and installed it fast and explained the safety bracket so I will be able to pull out the stove if necessary. They gave me all paperwork and even started the oven for the initial burn-off and told me when to turn it off.

The install guys were professional and courteous. They installed quickly and with no issues.

Came within expected timeframe. Seamless install and haul away.

Installers did a good job. Took my old one away. Were professional and polite.

The crew that came were friendly, however, a little clumsy carrying the range into the house ... and there were no obstacles for them to deal with, other than stairs. The buckle on their carry harness was situated on the door handle and it put a couple of dings in the handle. On their way into the house they managed to hit and break the outside sidewalk/stairway light. Since I already had a tip guard in place, they didn't have to install one, I didn't check to see if they put on the six foot electrical cord. They did quickly run through the controls to make sure everything work. After they left I realized they didn't level the stove. Being the first delivery of the day, I suspect they may have been in a hurry to get going for the next delivery.

After a few hiccups (dropped it off truck first time and had to reorder. Then didn’t show up during second scheduled deliver) I finally got my stove delivered and installed. Best Buy did make it right by refusing 10%.

The installation was easy, neat and quick. Installers cleaned everything up when they left.

What can I say.. it was a very easy install. Just plug it in and go.

We experiences like 4 different companies because they kept messing up the order. The last delivery company was great and very helpful. The previous company did not deliver everything but the last company had extra installation supplies n were able to complete the order. Horrible experience other than that

First I was happy they called the day before to say they were ahead of schedule and could deliver a day early. Due to covid 19 they couldn't bring my new stove inside but they opened up the box, installed the power cord and made sure I was happy with the product. From the emails to phone calls, super friendly and would use Best Buy for delivery again.

I love this product! It works great with product. I highly recommend product.

The guys took time to make sure everything was leveled and worked correctly before they left.
