Great appliance! I needed to replace my 17 yr old electric stove as it wasn't worth repairing. First time to use a glass top and adjusted to it right away. The oven is bigger than my old stove which makes it nice to bake more cookies more quickly! Nice design, Very user-friendly!

I ordered my range on line and it couldn’t have been easier! I immediately received a delivery date for just a few days away. The Geek Truck arrived right on time and the two installers couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. They were both masked and took COVID safety measures! I couldn’t have been more pleased!

The two customer service representatives, called before leaving the warehouse and then called upon arrival. They removed the old stove and cleaned the area and prepared the location for the new stove. They fastened the bracket to the wall and then put the stove into its location and hooked everything up as required. They were very professional and respectful throughout the whole process.

Install went great had no issues and everything was done in a matter of minutes.

The installers carried the old stove to the garage and the new one in from the truck and set it in place. However, they declined to use the wide back door as suggested and instead come through the front, bumping into a Christmas tree. Then they failed to remove a cardboard brace so that when he tried pushing it back he couldn't get it past the electrical outlet; my wife eventually found the problem and fixed it.

Outstanding customer service, expert setup, with leveling and removal of all packing materials, included! For a small fee, they even removed and hauled away the old range. Exceptional service (as usual) from the folks at Best Buy!

I got home excited from work to checkout our new range. I loved the look of it but noticed it was higher on the right than the left. I asked my husband if the tech leveled the range. No, he plugged it in, pushed it in place and turned it on to make sure it worked. Lol! I leveled it myself!
