Installers arrived on time and were courteous. They completed the removal and install quickly.

Installers were prompt, communicated well, very polite and efficient. Better experience than Lowe's installation of 3 other appliances.

The cutout space for the previous stove was too small for the new Samsung unit. Installation interrupted to wait for countertop to be cut down., however advised that problem was only in the width, The adjusted width accommodated the range, however the side cabinet drawers hit the control knob. Installation interrupted for second time to wait for granite to be cut down in the back.Technician should have forseen issue the first time., After second visit range was accommodated. After completion the drawer interference was resolved but only when knob was in the off position. When the knob is engaged, the cabinet drawer still cannot be opened. If this had been checked, the rear opening in the granite could have been cut back another 1/2 inch.

The guys worked fast & efficient. Cleaned up well at completion & were very professional.

Installation technicians were friendly and efficient. They installed our range microwave and dishwasher. They even gave us recommendations for how we can improve lines under our sink. They were professional and cleaned up any mess. Very pleased with them.

The delivery and installers where it great I had them come 3 times to get everything right. But the person that help me choose my equipment was awesome, helpful, and caring. Hard to find someone that is willing to help in the customers benefit and not the store. Over all it was great.

Installation had a nag. The sales person don’t tell it to you but if you chose to provide power cord, not included, have to be new for installation. Service was great they give a lot of follow up and get on schedule great service. I strongly recommend this service

My wife and I have had Best Buy and there delivery people bring in a stove, refrigerator and a dishwasher in about a 6-8 week period. Unfortunately the units did not all die at the same time. But every delivery was made on time, installed and all unit hauled away. Very professional service by 3 different delivery teams.

Very happy with the knowledge and professional delivery and install. Both technicians were good and treated each other with respect.

There is a piece missing from the drawer at the base of the stove that prevents the drawer from moving smoothly. We have sent a request for replacement of the piece, but have not received verification that this will be addressed.
