installation of range went well. Installer was polite and eager to please to make sure stove was level and centered properly in to the opening.

The range works. Turn a switch on and it heats. Turn that switch off and the burner cools down. Simple! I expect it to work until the range is switched out years down the road. That means the install was okay.

Great oven.Love the double oven. The burner area is a bit hard to clean...stains don't come off easily. Also wish it had a built-in temp probe.

We had the best installer you could get! The Range is beautiful. I am sorry for the late review, but I couldn't figure out how to do this before! We also had a special representative from Best Buy who helped us coordinate. We were not able to go into the store at the time, so we appreciated the efforts!

When we had our first delivery date, we were told that our electrical box was out of date and would not work with the new range. They scheduled an electrician for us and the cost was several hundred dollars cheaper than 2 other quotes we received from local electrician companies. They got the new one hooked up and took our old one. Overall great experience, service and professionalism.

They were excellent, very customer driven and polite. We had a chip out of the side of the top of our range. They pointed it out, discussed with us and asked what we wanted to do. We ended up keeping the range and getting a discount ... mainly because we waited a month for this one.
