Jermaine went above and beyond to insure delivery was successful and we were happy with product and his outstanding performance. Jermaine is an asset to Best Buy.

Third time it was done right

Third time they sent Todd from the geek squad and he was amazing. He fixed and leveled the range and leveled the fridge which I also bought new from Best Buy. Can’t say enough good about Todd, his skill, customer service and professionalism.

Great product

My only complaint is there is permanent fingerprint marks above the burner controls on the right side. Likely no one would notice them except me, but I have had so many delivery issues with the Refrig and now the stove I don’t have the energy to exchange yet another appliance. The appliance was leveled at delivery, but not tested and I have no owners manual.

Don’t back talk an electrician

One of the guys gave him back talk, which none of us appreciated. In the end, they fixed the issue.

No chord for my new $3k appliance!

If they just had delivered it with the 2 options after all it’s a $30 chord. Truly brainless way of selling an appliance. Never again with Best Buy. Stupid policies that’s for sure. It’s just common sense!
