The techs left everything set. Unfortunately there was a piece that didn’t fit with what I had but was able to get the issue resolved myself by going to hardware store and changing it.

Install team was efficient and quick. They didn't put a level on the range to ensure it was sitting correctly but we did that after the fact and it was fine, but it was not confirmed by them. Otherwise the service was as expected

We purchased our new GE Cafe range several weeks ago but had to wait until our cabinets were installed before it could be installed. Best Buy sent two men to our home to install the range and it went perfectly. The men knew exactly what had to be done. Thank you, Best Buy!

Works great but not necessary. Oven Ended up coming with these parts.

They came in with the product with a fast an timely manner hook it up and left.

There was a problem when the range was delivered, my fault changing from gas to electric and the gas was not yet sealed off. It was no problem, they came out. very quickly once it was resolved and finished the install. Friendly fast service.

The two fellows were very careful brining the new electric stove into the house and putting into place. One suggestion; in the future be sure to check the height adjustments BEFORE they leave. I caught the height difference between the the stove and the counter AFTER they left. It was a pain adjusting the legs/screws by myself!!!

Got my new stove hooked up, so I can get my cooking resumed.

Installer did a great job. Courteous and knowledgeable.

They didn’t install it because it was hardwired. They said they were not allowed to install it according to Best Buy’s policy. I bought the kit for $35. They didn’t leave it for me.

We were installing a new outlet as the installers pulled up. They unpacked the range and installed the cord to go with the new outlet. I was putting on the cover as they brought the range into the house. They were very polite and professional while they waited the extra few minutes for me to get the cover completely on and the breaker flipped. I would recommend best buys installers any time.

The installation was very quick. They did a great job

Installation was just what it should have been, but about three months later than it should have been. Purchase date below is misleading. Stove was bought in March, delivered in May, installed in June.
