The installers did a fantastic job. Excellent communication about timing and expectations that was better than the automated system from the store. They installed the correct 220v cord and put the appliance in place without damaging the floor in great time. They treated everything with care.

Great to make it easy on my retired-contractor husband who, at over 70, finds it a little difficult to get down there for all that "easy installation." For those who are not mechanical, or young, spry, and flexible, whole-heartedly recommend letting Best Buy install your purchases. That way, you know it is down correctly, and with ease on you and yours.

The installation went well and the people were nice and professional.

The installers were very professional, and took great care at making sure my appliances were unloaded and installed without a scratch! I was surprised that they do not use dolley's, and strap the appliances on their backs and carry. It was amazing. They made sure to go over the use of the range and that I had the user manuals.

Over all I like all the functions. Took some time to adjust to which way to turn the eye knobs for the size of my pan. The top does not clean easy and already is showing sign of wear. I bought the recommended cleaner but this is not helpful. Over works great.
