The two delivery men arrived on time and got right to work, removing the old stove. They were polite, efficient, and installed the new stove just right. They left no mess and really did a nice job. Best Buy should be proud of them.

Nice crew. Gently brought unit in and hooked it up. After having it professionally measured, it did not fit and I had to pay for the cord to hook it up. It was a little frustrating. They did not fulfill a promise to delivered my old one to a lady in my church down the street but it had to do with liability, Thecompensated me with a $100.00 credit. I am satisfied

The delivery and installation of my new range was a dream! The guys were punctual, presentable, and courteous. They knew exactly what they were doing and did it efficiently. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before they left.

I was not at home during the installation, but I was told that the gentleman who came to deliver and install were professional and were very careful and respectful of our property when installing. Very impressed with the service!

Service was outstanding. Employees were quick, polite, and professional. Even gave me time to sweep and mop after they took the old stove out.

There is very little involved in this install; the fellas carried it into the kitchen, plugged it in, and started the recommended oven cycle to break in the new appliance. They also answered all my questions. You could DIY this, but if you don’t ever want to read the manual, this is the way to go.
