They definitely knew what they were doing. I had heard Best Buy delivery was horrible, so i was pleasantly surprised that there were no delays, no issues and on time!

Great induction top

Top automatically turns off if the pot is removed for more the 30 seconds and does not come back on. This is a great safety feature. A great buy.

The new chord had not made the delivery truck and the installation chief took the chord off the old stove and put it on the new one so I had a stove to use. That was greatly appreciated!

Too easy

Best Buy had a great range in stock and managed the replacement process - install the new range and took the old range away. They communicated through the process in terms of arrival time within the original window.

Did their best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a Samsung range that needed to slip in the granite. They ended up chipping the granite....UGH! But they were nice and did their best. Just a bit upset. The chip was not in an obvious place you look at so no one will probably notice except us. It was just warned repeatedly before they tried.
