The installers did a good job, but could not rewire the power supply to terminate in an outlet. We had to call an electrician and reschedule the installation, but it went fine.

Giving one star is too generous, I wish there was an option to give zero stars for this service. I have been dealing with this issue since January, a total of six months trying to get my appliances delivered and installed. Starting with the range, it wasn't delivered initially and I was incorrectly told that I didn't pay for it, despite it being on my receipt. After calling customer service, I was informed that the sales agent forgot to add it to the delivery list. It was finally delivered two weeks later. Next was the fridge, which was delivered damaged three times. It took over a month for them to resolve the fridge situation. And now comes the consistent installation problems. The first time the technician tried to install, I was told that I had been provided with the incorrect installation kit for the washing machine and dryer. I had to return to the store to exchange it for the correct one. During the second attempt, the wrong outlet was provided for the stove. Another trip to the store was necessary to get the right outlet. During the third installation attempt, once again the plug for the washer and dryer was not the correct one. And on the fourth try, there were issues with the dishwasher and more missing items for the washer and dryer, leading to an ongoing saga of installation problems. The installation technician's behavior has been a major issue throughout this process. I have never encountered such a bad attitude and disrespect as I have with him. Despite coming more than four times to install, he consistently refuses to complete the job due to missing items. On his fifth visit, he claimed something else was missing, and I expressed my frustration at the delays, explaining that I couldn't wait any longer. I offered to quickly fetch the missing item from Home Depot while he worked on the kitchen appliances, but he refused. Instead, he became aggressive, cursing and kicking boxes. At that point, I asked him to leave. Instead of admitting the truth, he chose to lie and falsely accuse me of throwing his phone on the floor and hitting him in the head with the door. I never touched his phone, and it was his own carelessness that caused him to hit his head when leaving. I was expecting an apology from Best Buy, but instead, I received multiple phone calls probing into the incident with the driver. I forgot to mention that I had noticed the bad behavior of this individual during his previous visit. I spoke to the store about it and requested that he not return. I was informed that he is the only contractor available for installations, which is hard to believe for a large store like this. After waiting for more than a month, they finally contacted me to schedule the installation, but to my disappointment, they sent the same technician. At this point, I am completely fed up. With over 20 years of experience in retail, I have never encountered such poor service and lack of care. Choosing this store feels like a mistake. In the past, I have had positive experiences with HomeDepot and Lowe's, but my experience with Best Buy has been terrible. I just want them to pick up the appliances and refund my money. Six months to deliver and install is unbelievable. What's even worse is that I did not receive an apology or any compensation for the wasted time.

The service was quick and they were polite. Would not change it. It gave us peace of mind.

I have an old house so it wasn't a routine installation. Darwin and his assistant were very kind and patient and completed the job efficiently, cleaning up as they went.

Install guys did a great job hooking everything up. They were careful and asked me before doing anything that they thought could damage anything in my house.They called twice ahead of time, once at the beginning of the day to remind me of the appointment and once again after they left the house before heading to my house. Overall the guys did a great job.

This range was installed, professionally. It was plugged in and works.

They were a bit later than the appointed time. The shorter technician really needed to pull his pants up. An unacceptable amount of crack was in our view throughput the work. He did a good job otherwise.

The installed our stove. Only issue is they forgot to leave installation equipment for the dishwasher. Also when installing the syove the didn't initially put a new safety plate in so they bent the one we had in place (can't use for our old stove in another home now and we'll have to buy a new 1)
