I was told by Best Buy rep they would use existing quality power cord and they did not costing me for a new one and throwing a new used one away. Disappointed…

The installation was ok since my stove works. But the technician could be more accommodating. I asked to see if he can raise the stove higher to be level with my counter and he didn't even check and just said that it is highest it can go. He just wanted it over with I guess. After he left, I checked and can see that there is more room for the adjustable feet to be raised higher. So that confirms my suspicion that he just wanted it done and didn't want to deal with my request. I guess it's free installation so I get what I pay ( or did not pay) for.

Professional installation, also were fast and didn't leave a mess.

The first range we received was installed and looked great. But just as they were leaving, the installers noticed a dent in the bottom drawer. They pointed it out and gave us instructions on how to get a replacement range. The replacement arrived and was installed with no issues. The second installers were careful to check for any damage before installing.

The installers did a great job with the installation of my range. Showed how to pull it out to clean floor under range when needed. Took the time to explain how to work the cook top and oven. They gave me time to clean the floor after they removed my old range and didn't rush me. The team was very experienced, knowledgeable, personable, neat and clean.

I've had 2 ranges installed by Best Buy. One failed because of issues unrelated to the installation. The installers of this range were far superior to the previous installers.

The two gentleman who installed my range were friendly and honest. They came within the 4 hour window and gave me two courtesy calls. After install, one went over the basics of the range and ensured I was comfortable with everything before they left. They encouraged me to call Best Buy and provided the phone number for the status of my dishwasher.

Great experience with our range install. Good communication, delivery guys were respectful of my appliance, home and myself.
