    The installers got it in the house and got the old one out without banging anything up.I asked them to level it and they started with excuses.I pulled it out the next day and leveled it myself.Talked to me like I was clueless.Ive been an Elec.contractor for 42 years.You got no choice but to use them.

    They were professional, courteous and kind. I highly recommend this service to anyone who purchases appliances from Best Buy. They not only come to set up your products but the ensure proper functioning of appliances. They measure entry way to make sure everything fits accordingly. No scratches, dents or marks. They will also remove your old appliance for you.

    Tldr: bestbuy contracts this out to 3rd parties. They won't take responsibility when something goes wrong. You're better off installing yourself or going with literally any other company. They ruined my kitchen. I ordered a new oven and it gave me the option for a free install. Being lazy i thought it would be nice to have someone else take away the old oven and push the new one in. I mean how hard could that really be? On the day the stove was scheduled to arrive i took the day off work because its a 12 hour delivery window. The crew shows up and quickly removes the original oven. They bring the new oven into my house using a two man buddy strap thing (it was kind of impressive how well they did it). They get it into the kitchen and begin to push it into place. The guy struggles to get it pushed all the way back and then asked for my help. I offered what assistance i could and finally we got it all the way back. He gave me a quick run down on the oven and then he left. As i was going through the accessories i realized they didnt give me the probe thermometer thar was advertised with the oven. They were also supposed to leave a scouring pad and some other things but didn't. I was kind of annoyed but my excitement for the new oven far exceeded this mistake. I come home from work the next day and i hear a hissing sound coming from the oven and I'm alarmed. Its electric. It shouldn't hiss. I pull the oven out a little and am promptly sprayed in the face with water. I realized the water line to my fridge is back there so i run to my sink and shut off the valve underneath. I pull the oven out more and see a pool of water under the oven and surrounding cabinets. I begin to clean up the water and then head to home depot for some box fans. I placed the fans on both sides of the walls because water started leaking through to the room on the opposite side. I reach out to best buy and they setup a ticket number and give me a phone number to call with an extension number. I call. Theres no where to use an extension so i wat on hold. Someone answers and english is not their first language. We struggle to communicate and ultimately they setup an appointment for someone to come out 5 days later. I still have the oven pulled out and im not using it because water sprayed in the back of it for at least 12 hours. I also have fans in its place to try to dry the area thar was water damaged. The day of the appointment arrives and i take the day off work again because its a 12 hour window. The guy shows up and says "im here to install an oven" i instantly get annoyed because he doesn't even know why he's there. I invite him in and show him what happened. This was all news to him. He didnt have a new oven with him and he wasn't there to document damage or offer repairs. I apologized to him for my attitude because its not his fault and then he leaves. I reach out to bestbuy again. I finally get a hold of someone. This guy speaks english great. I tell him about the damage and that the first appointment didn't go well. I explained that i took another day off work for nothing and im not too thrilled. He offered little comfort and told me hed schedule another appointment and that a damage claims person would reach out to me. Now i find out thar the delivery people are a different company and the damage claim people are a third company. Im assuming best buy does this to insulate themselves from liability. So when something goes wrong they can just point the finger at the other company and say its on them to right their wrongs. Well i originally paid best buy didnt i? Shouldn't they fix it? Anyways finally a non water damaged new oven shows up. They install it it works im happier. The contractor company sends someone out to look at the damage. They come back a 2nd time and fix the water line. I missed a total of 4 days of work which cost me more than the oven itself. My kitchen is water damaged and i am left wondering who in their right mind buys appliances from best buy. No discount was offered. The apologies were hallow. Everyone i worked with along the way wanted to find the easy way out. No one really seemed to want to fix their mistakes. I dont know how such an easy install turned into this mess but i will probably never shop woth best buy again. I dont care how good the sale price is.

    The two gentlemen who delivered and installed our range were very careful and conscientious. The hauled away our old unit, brought in the new unit, installed it, verified it worked and provided all of this with a smile. Couldn't have been more pleased. Nothing was bumped and no floors or appliances were scratched or dented. Good job Chris and Ishmael!

    I just want to say thanks to the 2 guys that came and installed my stove. They were great and told me everything they were going to do before they did it. They were super polite and great team. It was a great experience

    The installation was great as expected. They did a fantastic job and got it all setup and tested in less than 30 minutes. They arrived when expected and it was a very good experience. I am glad that I paid the extra 20 dollars to haul off the old stove.

    I don't need help and generally know what to do. Best Buy delivery team took charge and did a good job. They even talked to me like a normal person and didn't say stupid crap about their company or competitors. They were respectful, quick and I trusted their suggestions. Great experience.
